PSP Faceplat Button

I dunno where this post rightfully goes to.
So I'll just try my luck and post it right here.

Does anyone know how to fix or clean the faceplate buttons on PSP ?
Meaning the triangle, square, O and X buttons.
I recently found out my O buttons is getting a bit faulty.
It still works, but sometimes it makes gaming a bit hard.
I tried looking for DIY videos, but they weren't exactly informative to say.

And without clear info on it, I don't really want to disassemble my PSP, just in case I make it worse.
Does anyone know if any gaming shops in Lowyat provides repair services like this ?
Or even better, just any shop will do, as long as they don't screw up my PSP
If you guys can provide a very very informative video, that would be even better so I don't have to go that far to Lowyat to get it fixed.

If it helps, my PSP is a half cracked 3000 series.

Hmm a few problems that needs help again.

1) First of all, my monitor keeps showing dotted lines, the color is slightly darker than normal, and when I play games, this is what happens.

I'm sorry about the bad quality, I had no choice but to take pictures from my handphone camera.
Whenever I take a screenshot from my computer and send it to someone else, it always appears fine to them, but not to me.
Just wondering, does this have something to do with the computer or is it because the monitor's old ?
My monitor's about 5 years old, and frankly, it's a bit cacat already .

2)
Remember when I used to say my computer refuses to shut down ?
Now the problem is, my computer can shut down, but it refuses to restart whenever I click the restart button.
It just stalls there.

3)
Some IT friends of mine said the problem above is caused by my overheated system.
Is there a way to solve it ?
Or I need to get a new system ?
I hope no reformating or data loss is involved.
If someone's willing to offer me their service, that would be great.
I'm willing to pay because I'm not exactly tech-savvy.

I hope someone knows what I'm talking about.

How to approach a stranger your interested in ?

There's 2 issues on this topic.
1 that is related, and the other that is more towards friendship.

Issue 1.

Yes, I said it.

I find a senior extremely cute in my campus.
I heard from my seniors that he's a foreign student, graduating in 3 months time.
And I do wish to know him before time runs out.
Has anyone, had this dilemma as I did ?
It's actually quite hard to know him when you are of the same sex.
And not to mention the both of us are from 2 totally different courses.

Imagine when a complete stranger comes up to you and tells you he wants to know you.
Chances are, we are all likely to freak out and reject on sight.
And run off telling your friends some freaks just came up to you and ask an extremely ridiculous question.

Prior to that, I feel like a stalker.
I found his privated facebook profile.
My friend, out of kindness, sent a message to his facebook inbox.
And I think it spooked him out.
Yesterday, by chance, I managed to find out his class.
And by afternoon, a female friend of mine and I went into his class, wrote a note complimenting his cuteness and saying I want to know him.

These are 2 mistakes that I admit shouldn't have been done in the first time.
It may have served to intensify his fear.
Chances are though, I think the note incident may have been cleaned away by the cleaner because when we went back to his class to check after lectures, his class was locked.
I do hope that the note is still there lar.

Did I forget to mention my campus's CCTV may have caught my friend and I going into his classroom ?
Although, chances are, we can say my friend and I just went in to have a private chat because the classrom is empty.

My friends have already suggested ways for me to know him.
To unintentionally bump into him, strike a conversation with him, know him.
But that is just weird.
Atleast to me..

So my kind samaritans, can someone help me with this situation ?
Or if you wanna give an earful to me for being a stalker, please go ahead.

Just to say something, I am not a homo.
I have had girlfriends, who I had dated and broke up with.
But I have dated a few guys too, and broke up with them too.
And to me, they're all the same.
I am not a bi or gay.

Issue 2

I have an extremely arrogant, rich, childish peer.
I can rant about him to the next day and yet it won't end.
What he says is mostly out of good intention, yet most of us do not take it well because it is downright offensive.
Example of a conversation :

1.
K : Hey, I hope your not offended, but can I say something ?
Us : Uh... (preparing to say yes or no )
K : You look ugly today/ You suck today/ You don't look good in that (etc etc comments before we got the chance to answer him)

2.
K : Hey, look at this ( Iphone, Ipad, any new pricey gadget he has). I got it at RM ????
Us : (Looking away as we are not interested).
K : ( Tries to gain our attention )

Or sometimes, when you get into an argument with him.
When he knows he's wrong and he's ran out of logic facts to argue, he throws in tons of stuffs that are not relevant to what we are arguing.

Or perhaps, you go to Mid Valley to shop with him. He asks you to accompany him to the toilet.
You said no, then he'll keep insisting. But eventually, he gives up.
Imagine if the toilet is at the other side of where your standing, when he comes up.
He expects you to be there.
If you aren't, he calls you up and orders you there.
And before you get the chance to reply, he hangs up on you.

Most of us have decided to ditch him, and move on with our lives.
All of us are already in college, mingling and making new friends.
This guy is slated to come in for the later intake in early April.
And among us, I am the closest to him.
Due to growing up, and living near to him as a child and a teenager.
So, its natural for him to call me up and chit chat.
But I have been avoiding him since last year.

Lately, he has been phoning me up to ask for my help.
It took 2 days and 28 miss calls before I was willing to pick up the phone.
His mom personally called up my house phone, and my mom, out of respect, had no choice but to hand the phone to me.

It turns out, the mom wants me to sign some form.
The form states that an introducer who introduces a newcomer to our campus gets RM 300.
Since I am a student in my campus, they wanted me to sign the form.
The funny thing is, I didn't know why they wanted me to sign the form and let me get the cash for free.
I thought they might have misunderstood the information, misinterpreting the RM 300 goes to them, instead of me.
So yesterday, I decided to call him up and and enquire what he knew about the form before I gave any consent.

It turns out, he knew everything about the form.
Just that, they were trying to use my name to get RM 300.
I was extremely furious about this.
Intially, I thought the money is splited in half.
Yet, now I found out there was no intention to split the money in half.
The plan was to have me signed it, get the RM 300, and buy me a "decent" meal just to thank me.

The ironic thing is, this guy says he's poor.
But his parent paid the fee for the whole year on his enrolment.
Whereas most of us paid the first semester only.
He doesn't need to save.
He's just rich.
The 300 probably goes to him and he'll buy some gadgets with it and flaunt to his peers.

We were supposed to go down and get the form filled out and signed today.
But due to some matters, it got cancelled.
Last night, he kept asking if I was willing to help and I said I needed time to think.
But it wasn't well received by him.
And he went all berserk and already made accusations that I refuse to help him and etc.

My parents know about this, and initially rejected the idea.
But after some advice from dad, my parents think its best that I signed the form because the mom has already showed herself, and get over with it.
The most is, I avoid him when I see him next time.
But I am thinking of acting out on my own.
Because RM 300 is not a small value, atleast to me.
You can do so much when you have 300.
Or even 150 atleast.
But now, I have none.

So, why should I help when I have nothing to gain ?
This is an exploitation, if I am not mistaken.

So, what do you guys think I should do for this situation ?
Or atleast advice me on how I should ditch the guy, and move on with my life.

Few things to note,
1) To those trying to figure out about my peer, yes, he is the only child, with divorced parents, and parents who are willing to buy pricey gadgets for him as long as he locks himself in the room for a day after an argument even though my friend is clearly the wrong guy.

2) My campus has stated that their role is to just hand out the cash. Any dispute is settled between the introducer and the guy who gets introduced.

3) I am not cruel or mean. Ask anyone who knows my friend and their answer is even worse than mine. They hate him to the core of the heart.

Continuation : Computer problem

Previously, my computer's infected with malware. After doing most of the steps that all of you have suggested, it's gone.
And my shut down button is started to work again, miraculously.
I dunno why .

But now, I have a new problem.
My PC's coloration is weird.
The color is normal, but the color appears to be darker, if you know what I mean.

I've uploaded some pictures, just to give you a clear picture of what it means.

The second one is from my friend's pc.

Even though the both of us are using different internet browsers, I hope you guys could get a picture of what I mean, because I have no idea how to describe about it myself, sorry ):

My monitor's been about.. 6 years old.
But I'm pretty sure it's not old age.
I think the moment my shut down button started working again, this problem pops up.
And it strains my eyes whenever I look at my monitor.

Please help ): !!

By the way guys, should I update my internet browser ?
If so, could you please share with me the reasons why I should ?

Recently, my avira detected numerous malwares.
Thing is, I dunno if these malwares were the ones making my pc go crazy.

Either ways, I just move them to be quarantined.

One big problem right now is that, my pc won't shut down when I click the shut down button or when I want to restart.
Let's say, if I want to restart my pc, I have to make sure it's done the moment my computer loads.

If I leave my computer going on for some time, the computer sort of like, locks the button.
And my computer is unable to shut down when I press shut down, or restart too.

I tried system restore, but it didn't work.
It didn't even happened in the first place.
The moment I clicked system restore, nothing happened.
So I just let it be.

I didn't know anything about this until I sensed the problem just this Friday.

On Thursday or Wednesday, the PC was still fine.
Regular shut downs and so on.
But it began to show signs of slowness in my internet too.
It takes awhile to load a page, and my wireless has been disconnecting more frequently than ever.

Does anyone know what's going on with my PC ?
Please help and provide solutions if possible.

Help needed regarding SE W508

I dunno much about phones, so I think I should just seek help from here.

My W508, a flip phone, suddenly has a white line on the front of the screen.
By screen, I am refering to the one that normally shows the time, your battery life and the signal your sim card's receiving.
Does anyone know what seems to be the problem ?
My phone is only a year and 5 months old.
By right, it shouldn't start to show signs of "old" age so soon.

And the night before I slept, it was actually fine.
Placed by my side when I go to bed.
Even left it on throughout the night.
Early in the morning when I wake up to check the time, the white line apeared.

So, any ideas of what's going on ?

Hope someone can provide a solution.

I know this is sort of old because I never really thought of getting the original version of RE5 until now.
I know RE5's got 2 edition.

(i) Normal Edition
(ii) Golden Edition

I'm actually looking for the Golden Edition because it's got the DLCs and new characters, unless someone tells me the normal edition will get these updates too. And what really attracts me is just the online co-op gameplay it offers. Once I'm done with the story, I'll probably leave it as a decoration on my desktop.

Other than that, I've bought the pirated version of it and tried playing it on my pc. Not really a fan of it, controls are really hard, the inventory box that shrunk to 9 blocks makes it even harder. AI's better than the ones in L4D but can still be pretty moronic sometimes. And getting a joystick is just too much of a hassle.

Despite my negative comments about RE5, I still hope someone can disagree with me on that and still give me their reviews on the pc version of RE5 so I can atleast have a wider perspective of it, then only can I really decide to buy or not to buy.

Other than that, those who are still selling original version of RE5 are free to pm me the game's price cause I wanna do some price enquiry too.

I just went and checked Lyn's Price Thread for PSP(s) and notice it got closed down.
So,opening this thread is actually my last resort.

Before I start, if there's any mistakes that I've done, please kindly notify me. Thanks in advance .
Oh and, if anyone know if there's still an opened thread for PSP pricing enquiries, please provide me the link so I can enquire. Thanks for that as well.
Lastly, if there is an opened thread regarding PSP pricing, I'd like to request the moderator to delete the thread because it's a redundant one.

Is anyone in Lowyat, or anyone who knows if Lowyat is still selling a 2000 Edition PSP ( Original, I'm not looking for second hands )
I'm going down to KL this Saturday and I'm having plans of getting a PSP on that day. Unless something goes bad =/.
I have just recently done my research weeks ago and I forgot most of it except for the most basic steps.

I'm not very sure with how pricings for PSP are in Lowyat because it's my first time there.
So I hope atleast someone can give me some guidance.

My budget is around 700~800.
