220k not include the legal fees thing, and monthly maintainance fees RM220 .

Any one of you know this Rosvilla Condo?
This Condo is in Mont Kiara area (800 meter to Internation Schl ) , but actually is in Segambut Dalam...I saw 1 advertisment in www.iproperty.com.my , is place in Mont Kiara. So i just follow that agent..make the property high class a bit..haha

Planning to sell after this with good price or rent out also.

Any fren or owner can share thier suggestion. If rent out, do you think how much can get montly ?

Beside this Rosvilla, got 1 old condo, name Bougainvilla (1000 sqft +- ), rental out is 800 -1000. So the Rosvilla (1200 sqft +- ) possible rent out 1300 - 1500 ?

The developer Brem is lauching Luxury Condo with 400 ++ unit soon. Will effect the Rosvilla price or not?

I got to some research on Dell laptop and and price, this week, Dell Ins 630m is drop down the price d, Rm3.5k can upgrade to 1gb RAM d. So, want to ask , this laptop is good anot and worth to buy anot? Any 630m user got problem with this laptop? For the 3 year warranty, really need to take it? worth?
