Apa itu moratorium?

Moratorium adalah penangguhan rasmi bayaran ansuran bulanan daripada pembayar kepada pihak bank tanpa caj penalti atau denda.

Ini bermakna pelanggan bank tidak perlu membayar ansuran peribadi atau rumah atau kenderaan atau lain-lain selama 6 bulan, bayaran ansuran akan bersambung setelah tempoh moratorium tamat.

Persatuan Bank dalam Malaysia mengumumkan ahli-ahlinya komited dalam membantu rakyat Malaysia menghadapi Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan kerana wabak COVID-19 ini.

Antara bank atau entiti pembiayaan yang telah secara rasmi membuat pengumuman menawarkan moratorium kepada pelanggan mereka baik individu atau syarikat kecil dan sederhana adalah:

2. SME Bank
3. TEKUN
4. Bank Simpanan Nasional
5. Public Bank dan Public Islamic Bank
6. RHB Bank dan RHB Islamic Bank
7. AgroBank
8. Hong Leong Bank dan Hong Leong Islamic Bank

10. Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad
11. Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad

Permohonan moratorium boleh dibuat di cawangan-cawangan bank atau melalui telefon bank masing-masing.

I begin my IoT project with Arduino kit. After learning few programming cut and paste to Arduino then I move on buying SonOff RF Bridge which is limited to Radio Frequency 433MHz.

Our Home Renovation Journey

It all begin 19th August 2017. Discussion between the owner (my wife & I) with the contractor name Ah Yeam. We choose him because of his previous track record building our friends bungalow and renovation. He is well known among teachers who living in Kulim and Bukit Mertajam.

The cost of the renovation are RM64,500.
No written agreement are made (this is so risky)
Only face to face meeting and handshake (hahahaha.... so kampung)

Gear Up Bodykit Perodua Axia Car

Hi Team,

I just received my Perodua Axia G Auto Standard last Friday. The car do not come with Gear Up Bodykit accessories because original Gear Up from Perodua will cost me extra RM2.5k. Therefore I am looking forward to buy and install this Gear Up bodykit. I looking for best PRICE, GOOD QUALITY like ORIGINAL and GOOD SERVICE by seller. Please do help me and others Axia Owner advice/suggest for the shop to install this Body kit.

KUALA LUMPUR: ELK-Desa Resources Bhd has submitted a draft prospectus to the Securities Commission (SC) for its flotation on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

According to the draft prospectus, the company is proposing to make a public issue of 25 million new shares.

This represents 20% of its enlarged paid-up capital under its proposed initial public offering (IPO). Some 15.62 million shares would be allocated for bumiputra investors.

It will also place 4.51 million shares to eligible employees.

The balance of 4.86 million shares will be allocated for the public.

The offer price and the date of the IPO has yet to be announced.

ELK-Desa Resources, through its wholly-owned subsidiary ELK-Desa Capital, is primarily involved in the business of hire-purchase financing for used motor vehicles.

The group is also involved in selling general insurance policies as an insurance agent and trading of used motor vehicles through ELK-Desa Capital’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, ELK-Desa Risk Agency and ELK-Desa Marketing, respectively.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2011 (FY11), ELK-Desa Resources posted a net profit of RM15.28mil against RM13.19mil in the corresponding period a year ago. Its revenue for FY11 rose to RM35.4mil from RM30.89mil previously.

ASTRO MAX PROBLEM

My Astro MAX Decoder always hang. Please help me to solve the problem.

- FYI. I have used it for more than 2 year and NOT PLAN TO UPGRADE to Byond or Byond PVR due to NO LCD, PLASMA or LED TV yet.

- Currently I am using old tube TV but MY ASTRO MAX is suck always hang and sometimes SLOW start up.

- Astro has recommend me to change for FREE the decoder and replace with the NEW ASTRO Byond PVR. But I need to pay EXTRA for HD services (RM20.00 monthly) which I do not have any HD TV and PVR services (RM10.00 monthly).

So to all readers kindly advise me How do I repair or solve my problem. Current ASTRO MAX service do not CHARGE ME at ANY COST.
