Wifi 2nd Floor Weak

Hi all,

please suggest best solution and please be informed that i'm really not expert in this internet thingy

Previously i subsribed to TIME and they give me Huawei HG8145V5

Now i'm moved to own house and TIME not cater my area. I have to use Maxis which they provide me LG8245X6

The issue is my second floor can only get 2 wifi bar.

FYI the developer has provide DATA switch (not sure what it is) on the 2nd floor wall. I've been informed it is connect from modem in the store.

is there any possibility to use my TIME router as maxis router on my 2nd floor using DATA switch (??) from 2nd floor wall?

if you have any link that i can follow, please help to share.

Property Hunt..how to know new project

Dear property sifu,

How do you normally hunt for new project? I'm trying to buy house (under con) before HOC2020 finish but most of the project the International unit sold out like pisang panas.

Pheww~

So now can you guys guide me where do i go wrong?

Should i check developer website every week or is there any website that will tell us new project coming up in our specific area

Fund Transfer from non-resident to resident

Hi i have problem here related with BNM policy :

our co just setup. bank acc yet to open. but we need fund to setup office.

our hq plan to transfer fund to one of the director which is local malaysian. but transfer to saving account.

1) will we have issue with BNM policy?
2) will the fund received safely?
3) what is the description should HQ key in when make the transfer?

Really need your advise on this matter.

Hye, i'm newbie here try to ask noob questions.

What is the minimum amount if i want to invest? is it possible if i have 2k? let say i'm not a person who want a quick return thus looking for a cheap one

How to calculate? do i need remisier?

:: 2k is my guinea pig actually. just try my luck
