Assalamualaikum, hi and good day!

Ever noticed how the English we use online, such as the slang, the spellings, the expressions, feels completely different from what we learned in school? That is exactly what I am researching!

I am Zulfadhli, a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics, Universiti Malaya, and I am looking for Malaysians to share their thoughts on online language use. The survey takes about 8 to 10 minutes, and there are no right or wrong answers, just your honest experience.

You are eligible if you are:
* A Malaysian aged 18 or above
* A social media user on any platform (TikTok, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Hi.

I have been working in a severely underpaid job several years prior, and only started to get a decent job this January, with a 3k salary and 1.3k fixed allowance every month.

I decided to buy my first car; and have been eyeing the Subaru XV for quite some time.

Therefore, I need help/advice/recommendation on how or what to do

Recover data from water-damaged phone ?

Hi guys.

As per title above, I want to ask, is it possible to recover the data from the internal memory of a phone, particularly an Xperia Sola ? I accidentally dropped it in a puddle of water, and now it can only flash the red blinking dot when I press the On/Off button, and the phone would not even turn on. I do not mind if the phone cannot be fixed at all, but I want to know, is there any possible way to recover and retrieve the data from the internal memory ? And if so, where can I find such services ?

I am willing to do anything within my capabilities to recover those data, so, any forumer/s can help me with this ?

A friend of mine registered my name under this particular program which will be held for 2 months at Putra International College where as they'll be giving English, Computer and Mathematical courses, but I lack most of the details for this program.

I'm wondering, do any of you participate for it too ? If so, are the any info or possibly a link to this program advertisement ?

Guys, Program Asasi (or called as Foundation, right ?) can be taken after SPM right ? The one institute offered such course are UiTM. But is there anywhere else that offers the same course around Kuala Lumpur ?

Compatibility of G31M-S R2.0 and Sapphire HD 4350

Recently I've replaced my old motherboard with ASRock G31M-S R2.0 (details) and found that the built-in graphic card isn't designed for the latest games, and decided to buy Sapphire HD 4350 DDR2 256MB + 1GB HyperMemory (600/800) from here. First I would like to ask, can it be slot into my motherboard ? Is there anything else to be bought so that I can use the video card perfectly ? And how powerful would the new graphic card be ? Would it able to run the latest games like Starcraft 2 and Dragon Age : Origins ?

Oh, and what about GeCube HD4350 DDR2 512MB (600/800) ? here. Is it better than Sapphire HD 4350 DDR2 256MB + 1GB HyperMemory (600/800)?

I'm sorry if it sounds like a stupid question, but I'm no pro in computer components and suchs.
