Want to ask if any contractor here do flooring where remove the old tiles and replace the new tiles.

Looking for reasonable price for hacking my condo flooring:

-Whole house floor
-Kitchen floor
-Whole 2 bathrooms (Floor & Walls)

So far i got the price is RM10K.

My condo size is 1300sqf++ (Pic as attach)

Hello,

I looking for contractor to renovate an apartment. The apartment is currently quite a bad condition.

What work i want to do:

1. Painting (Whole House)
2. Repairing (Toilet and Lighting)
3. Fix Window
4. Simple Table Top in the kitchen

Budget: Below Rm5K.

Samsung Note 2 Wifi Problem

Hi,

I got Note 2, when the phone just launch not long ago. Just a while ago, i try to browse internet using my phone via my home wifi. However, there no internet connection. I try connect using wifi for my laptop and other phone but working fine.

And when i switch to data, can connect back to the internet. So problem is the phone wifi.

I wonder if anyone else have this problem ? Hope can share the solution here.

After GE, BN promise convert Leasehold to Freehold

Yesterday, while i was meeting with a client. We discuss about leasehold property taking more time to transfer name to freehold, which relatively true.

Than she mention, she heard from the Land Office or the housing department said, next year after GE.

If BN to continue to be gov, than all leasehold be convert to freehold.

I was like . (WTF)

Than i told her, that is the biggest scam ever. However, she insists that internal people told her.

So, just to get clarification or confirmation from LYN if what i stated true or false. Maybe got some info can share here.

For me, not going to happen. BN biggest scam if they use this.

Want to get some inputs or ideas on having Interior Design idea on low-cost apartment.

Around 650sf with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

I saw most do Interior Design on studio unit range from 300-400sf but only got 1 living room and 1 bedroom.

Thinking to up value my property with ID in it.

Floor tilling

From the picture below you notice got 2 different tilling colour.

The white one is the orginal and the pink colour is the new one.

When i bought this unit notice the tilling floor crack and need change the tilling.

Problem is my contractor told me cannot find the white kind of tilling anymore. And ask to use the pink one.

Is it pretty obvious ?

Can anyone help me out here.

Either can paint the tiles, or any place to get the white tilling.

I consider to change the whole floor tills but is damn expansive.

Seeking for more cost effective ways.
