Ive bought ticket to Kalibo which travel on December 2014
unfortunately, there is typhoon arrive on my travel date.
and AA had cancelled flight. In order live chat CS asked my friend to top up RM300 if not the whole ticket will be forfeit
so my friend did not have any experience as this he quickly paid RM300 each person, we have 6pax

so after have discuss with some of my other friend, they told us we should not pay that
cause flight cancelled is not our fault, and who wants typhoon arrive on our travel date.
so we request refund. AA keep on delay and give standard reply drag us for A MONTH

in another way, a couple of my another friend booked same flight with us same thing happen with him,
but he requested refund, he get it in 2 weeks!
SAME FLIGHT SAME DATE SAME TIME

how come he get his refund but we couldnt.

We have tried live chat, eform and even tweet them!

Anyone here can help out?

we already bought our ticket very expensice with RM800 two way/pax
now still wanna kena charge another RM300
which cost mr RM1100!!!!!!!!

Hi, I need some help here about Starcruise @Penang

I was thinking to take airasia at lcct to penang, so then I heard m aunt said thr is an airport at butterworth.
Is there anyone would help me to clarify that Airasia flight will depart at Bayan Lepas airport OR Butterworth airport???

And, does anyone know Starcruise ship port located at where? And how long I'd the distance from the Airasia airport to the Starcruise port???

Hi I wanted to ask is Xbox360 NEED to update to new version after few months? (2/3months)
