Help Huawei Ascend P7 locked soft brick

Hi there,

recently, I tried updating my phone to B609, following a certain website's guide - http://www.carbontesla.com/2015/01/b609-em...-ascend-p7-l10/

and upon finishing it, it showed the following attachment.

I have tried almost all I can to revert it, but sadly, it does not work. and, it was a very stupid decision of me to try and update it, full-knowingly that I have a rather obsolete and novice knowledge regarding this.

Can someone please help me, I am really sorry to have bothered the visitors of this forum, and if my thread is not in it's place, please guide me to find a proper place to help me with my phone.

Now, on to my problem. My phone, HTC Desire HD, a 4 year old phone has been having some problems, and I am unsure how to actually describe the problem, but I'll give my best.

It occurs after I have unlocked my phone, by means of the pattern lock, my phone suddenly goes into overdrive or some sort. It opens apps on its own, moves the screen on its own, but in a very messy and hectic way. In short, it is as if my phone is possessed, because it is just hectic. Its like, when I'm trying to use it normally, it doesn't response to where my finger is, but becomes crazy and opens and closes and just total chaos opening apps, here and there. Sorry, I really don't know how to explain this and I don't have a secondary device to record it going crazy.

and now, I can't even pass through the pattern lock, I'm guessing it has progressively worsened.

So, what could be the problem with my phone? and if it is repairable, how much would the cost be, granted, the source of problem has been identified.

HELP SCREEN HAS HORIZONTAL RED LINES

Now, I have been experiencing red horizontal lines on my laptop screen for the past few weeks now. It usually occurred when I'm playing games. Most of the time, it is very visible in dark contrasted areas of the game (i.e = Battlefield 4).

The thing is, it comes only when I'm playing my games, and not when I'm surfing the net or watching movies. So as soon as I'm done playing, when I exit the games, the red horizontal lines disappear and everything is back to it was before, normal.

So my question is this, what is actually going on? could it be my screen or driver? or might it be even worse?

I want to ask, is it normal for your windows to be not original after you've sent in for warranty claim?

My laptop broke down the other day (couple of weeks ago) and I have sent it in for repair and the technician in charge advised me on sending it for warranty claim. I've just collected my laptop back a few minutes ago just to find that the Windows 7 OS on my laptop is not genuine but in fact when I bought it, it WAS!

So, do clarify me on this, as this is my first time sending a laptop for warranty and it came back with a non-genuine Windows 7 OS.

hi there. before i start, if my post is in anyway irrelevant towards the sub-forum, please move this to a more relevant sub-forum. thanks

anyway, here's my problem. My laptop suddenly starts on its own right after i put the adapter cable into the power source. which is odd as i haven't even pressed the ON/OFF button. also, my clock suddenly goes back to 2011, and keeps on resetting as soon as i shut down/turn on the laptop. and my icons on the tray icon at the right bottom corner, is invisible for some unknown reason.

What is going on with my laptop?

My laptop is Asus g53s ( and yes, i do know asus has an extremely bad rep for warranty, thus, the reason for me coming here to seek help )

I've attached a sample pic of how it looks like, the icons, the clock i haven't changed, only the date. but the clock is also affected as well. Do help me please.

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Fails to load certain page eventhough just quit-ed the page for a few seconds
Problem frequency: Occuring rather frequently lately
Problem description: I first noticed when after I finished surfing facebook, I logged out as my gf wants to use. however, upon relogging as a different user, it stated that THE PAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE. yet, my internet connection is still running and opening other pages is ok.
This does not stop for facebook only, sometimes occur as well on lowyat.forum pages, youtube pages.

Is there something wrong?

p/s: i just recently subscribed to streamyx 1.0Mbps. so is it usually like this on the first few days?

Hey there, I have an ASUS g53 laptop to which I have bought just a few months back this year. The problem is this, yesterday, my laptop's screen suddenly went blank, not BSOD or black screen, however, a blank, plain coloured screen. It was unresponsive and nothing seemed to worked, thus I had to forcefully unplugged the power supply (I know, that probably worsens the problem).

The blank coloured screen occurred in two colours for now, which are plain peach and plain light blue, not blue as in BSOD.
The first occurrence happened when I was just surfing Lowyat.net forums and it suddenly just went plain blank screen and was unresponsive. The second time occurred when I finished playing Skyrim for just a couple of hours, and it went plain light blue coloured blank screen.

I do have a laptop cooler as well, although I don't think its sufficient. anyhow, does anyone knows what is the problem? I don't plan to send it back to Asus Service center as I have heard, Asus after sales service is extremely disappointing.

hi, not sure if here's the right place to ask, but i'll ask anyway

can someone recommend me a gaming laptop with a budget of around 4k-4.5k? if can, a laptop that can support and run Skyrim (don't beat me on this one ) on a medium setting or better yet, high? but if neither specs are reachable, just being able to run Skyrim smoothly will be a great deal breaker for me thx!

does any1 know wats wrong with my TP2 as it cant seem to download the new weather forecast or watever..it keeps on showing old weather conditions..and the best bit about it, it shows 2 days ago weather conditions..

when i try to download the new weather conditions, tis comes up -----> "There was a connection error while attempting to download weather data. Retry?"
yea it seems to be connection problem (wow, that's correct capt. obvious =.="), but the thing is, dont really know how to repair it if there's a way anyway..

err..can anyone help me on this??
well here's my problem..

i recently updated my STOCK ROM of my RHODIUM HTC TP2 (RHOD100) to MIGHTYROM (MightyROM_RhodiumW_032310)
when i rebooted my TP2, it goes it the HTC welcome screen then goes into this BLACK & WHITE STRIPES screen and remained STUCKED for, like FOREVER..
I can't get into my TP2 as it STUCKS there like ages and I've tried HARD-RESETING (of which did no changes at all apparently LOL)
so, what do i need to do now??

do please help, I've attached a photo of the problem so to be clear of this

o and yea, for the record, im a new user of TP2 and YES, its TOTALLY my FAULT...kekekke
