My PC can't surf YouTube and Facebook

I got"Error 108 (net::ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID): Unknown error"for YouTube
and"Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out"for Facebook

Can anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks first, I am using COMODO Internet Security
