HELP : AKG Repair / Warrranty

Hi guys, I recently broke the right ear piece of my AKG K67 . This headphones were a gift from a friend when I visited Europe earlier this year, so i didnt have any warranty/receipt/documentation with me.

I had already sent an email to AKG and they have yet to respond.

Any ideas on how I can send it back to AKG for repair from Malaysia?
