Sound Proofing Spec from German Windows

Anybody here have experience with German WIndows?
My home is beside NKVE.
I'm looking if the following spec from German Windows have significantly reduce the highway noise.

1. 2 glasses with lamination in between, 10.76mm total thickness. Said to be reduce 70% sound.
2. 2 glasses with lamination in between, 21.52mm total thickness. Said to be reduce 80% sound. 30% more expensive.

She stuck in work lab and away from me.
She kinda freakout.

Macha,

Anybody having a same problem.
The touch and pressure sensor on the trackpad are working fine.
But there are no clicking sound and spring effect if I click to base.

I'm have move to SG for a year.
I didnt have my desktop with me now.
I did buy a Dell 15 7000 Series laptop that come with a moderate GPU.
I did plan to play games and purchased some on Steam.
But I didnt have much time nowdays.

I want to start on my self project that I need a monitor connecting to the laptop.
It's easier to works in such setup.
Also the laptop has a crap screen on viewing angle but it was what I pay for -nothing fault from the manufacturer.
I think with a 27in monitor, I can even watch Youtube from my bed as I play my laptop on a window bench, beside my bed.

Would you suggest me a monitor model?

[WTA] Thin, Light & Cheap Laptop

Guys,

Last time you help me choosing a good high performance mid-range laptop with GTX graphic chip.
The suggestion work well, and I quite happy with the laptop.

I need another suggestion for a Thin, Light & Cheap laptop that I can carry with my business brief.
Something like Macbook Air.
Well, I get Macbook Air but although the spec it is outdated or a used laptop, it is still at expensive side - so not worth it.

I need some thing that can browse the internet, use some data management software, presenting something to the client at mobile places (battery count).
Maybe RM1000++ pricing?
I want to purchase tablet but then I realise I need to run Windows app.

So, hope you guys can help me by providing a brand and its specific model suitable as describe above.

[WTA] Cursor Lag During On Starting an App

Hi,

I bought a new laptop.
Dell Inspiron 15 7567 Gaming Notebook (i5-7300HQ | 256GB SSD + 500GB HDD | 8GB DDR4 | GTX1050Ti 4GB | 15.6" FHD ).
Quite good for the money I paid.
Yes, the screen is its weakest point which is a screen you normally found in a office typical laptop - but it work fine.

Anyway, I also bought a mouse.
I started to aware that the mouse cursor stuck for one second when I starting an app.
I though it some kind a lag?
I keep searching in the internet but could not find an answer.

However, I wonder if this is because I'm using SSD, and loading a big data load from the SSD for the app will get the cursor or OS to halt by that one second?
And also, I just relies, it not a big deal as it only happen only when loading an app, never else where.

I do want to know if this is a typical behavior.

Your opinion on purchasing refurbished laptop

Hey,

A shop supplying dell computer offer a varies of laptop.
Quite cheap, about 20% discount.
I think it they are refurbished items.
Look like new.
Come with full packaging such as box, cable etc.
Come with 1 year manufacturer warranty.

Too risky?

He is 5 but very quickly learner.
Though I need the part to be moveable as he is still a child.

Wont read any text message.
Dont need any internet capability.

But would need good battery operation time and clear + loud phone speaker for phone conversation.
I'm looking at Nokia 216.
