Mouse Cursor Auto Freezes

Hi,

My mouse cursor auto freezes from time to time when im playing game (particularly Diablo 3 ROS) or doing some other stuff & I'm always forced to

1) Restart the PC using my keyboard [Press Start-->Navigate to Restart and Press Enter]
2) Press the reset button on my CPU if above 1) dont work.

I`m using a Razer Lachesis mouse running Razer Synapse software with latest driver.

Windows didnt freeze tho. Only the mouse cursor.

Any idea what might cause this? Kinda frustrating everytime have to force Restart/Reset my PC.

Please advise. Thanks a lot!
