my fold 3 phone, having issue with playing sounds...
when it is fold, the music plays...when it is unfold, the speaker no sounds...

i checked online, many ppl having the same issue...i then go to service centre...they said this is due to LCD failure and need to repair approximately RM2.5k
sadly, my device out of warranty.

i was thinking if i wanna go for repair...i would rather buy another new phone.

honestly, this phone isnt cheap cost us 7k to own it and i dont expect this phone so not quality.
in their official website, i found this message...

shipping voucher only RM3
cannot stack vouchers, either choose shipping voucher or coins rebate voucher.
even worst, the max coins to claim every 24 hrs limit to RM30 coins. (i cannot accept this...)

during promo, need to rampas voucher, if late..voucher habis...that means shopee only give limited vouchers...

[Solution] To Solve MySejahtera QR Code Missing

Hi,

I think a lot of ppl frustrating of missing QR code after completed the vaccine doses.

I am facing the similar issue and google around and found the following post...

In the post, the writer has no solutions even try many ways, call our lovely mysejahtera support or even write to them...but end up no solutions....

Finally i found the way to do it myself...

1. go to profile page and click on the top right corner as below

2. Just simply change your date of birth to other date first and then click save. The reason is to force the Mysejahtera system update.

3. Go back to your profile page and scroll to the bottom and clicked on the "Show QR".

4. Now you should be able to see all your 3 doses QR code.

5. Dont forget to update back your date of birth that you change in step #2.

These 2 companies never in sync before they provide any GRAB promo code to the customer...

In the grab homepage, it never say this promo only valid for KL riders.

I as GRAB user, i tried so many days to key in the promo code into GRAB apps, it didnt work at all...
Called grab customer services, and emailed them...NO ONE in grab could give the reasons why I cannot use the code....

Until i try and error to key in KL rides...then it went through...

Called customer services again, they also cannot know why until i told them the reasons...then they say "Oh Ya, only for Klang only"

See...how a big company manage their customer service...
SHIT....wasting time....

[MAXIS] Feeling cheated...

On this date 17/09/2017, I went to the seberang jaya maxis centre to port in my number 017xxxxxx from WEBE to MAXIS. The front counter told me there is a special package for XXXX company employee which is zero commitment plan. This plan comes with nothing inside and contract for 2 years. It means every month pay nothing if dont use. Nowadays, every smart phones needs data...so i asked if we could add-on data. The answer is "YES", 1G for only RM18, 3GB for RM48. Then i choose 1G data for RM18.

After using a month, i received the 1st month bill. I was shocked, MAXIS charges me ~RM50(include GST). Here is the break down.
Bill - itemised (RM8)
GPRS 1GB Bundle (RM38.4)

I then call Maxis center to make a report.
This is the report number C19502783.

Feel very disappointed and cheated. Didnt get the exact package i sign up.

I have also filed a complaint to MCMC complaint portal

Contract for 2 years, to pay "buta buta" for period of 24 months.

I bought Aeon vouchers from a seller in 11street.

The seller sent me expired vouchers...i reported this issue to 11street to on hold the payment made to the seller...
The CS doesnt do their job...they drag me for a month...and in the end..they release the money to the seller..

I feel very upset and disappointed by this case.

Celcom Support Not Efficient

Hi,

I feel very disappointed with Celcom handling any cases filed.
I terminated my account 6 months ago, and i have some balance.
2 months ago, I opened a case to get back my balance.
Ticket ID: 0160211-50094401

I keep on going to the service center to check the status, they told me no updates from "ATASAN".

Really fed up with them. I think I need to bring this to SKMM/MCMC.

Guys, if you owe celcom duit...they use Ah Long to chase the money.
Now, celcom owe us, what should we do? They keep dragging our money.

I hope SKMM denda them!!!!
