Dear all, been trying to search all the local tires shop for size 215/40/17 and 235/40/17 but no luck, prefer some UHP tires, heard that previously 595 RS-R have it but no more stocks available now. Anyone know what other tire available in this size and which shop recommend to?
* need a staggered size for my car, thanks!

Take over a business - Beauty Saloon

Dear Guys,

My wife and her friends is joining partner to take over someone's beauty saloon. They plan to put a new name for the shop too, so basically they just take over the tenancy, employee and tools in the shop. All of us are not that familiar with these business legal agreement. My question is what are the necessary steps to take and agreement to sign to protect us?

What I think of now is:
1. Register new name in SSM (partnership)
2. Register new current account
3. Register with Majlis Perbandaran for License on new name ?
4. Business Take Over agreement ? ( Do we need this to protect us on the business take over? )

Please advice.

guys.... just found this Subang Bestari, got some new houses going to get ready soon.... quite good look at the design.... wondering is it worth to buy by looking at it quite near to Kota Damansara Interchange + the Subang/Sg Buluh road widenning is around 70% finish....
heard that HELP University going to be there as well.... anyone any comments on this Subang Bestari? thx:D
