I watched PS Man @ The Womaniser (Taiwan drama) and I was smitten by James Wen. He should get the girl not that idiot Xia Hie Jie.

If anyone knows more about this actor. Pls post. I am eager to watch his other drama/movie.

GSC Berjaya Times Square

Guys, I am a regular at Berjaya Times Square GSC Cinema and after last nite's incident, I swear I won't come near to this cinema again.

At 1940hrs or so my husband and I bought 2 tickets for Takers showing at 2110hrs. Since Cinema 7 is small theatre, the ticket almost sold out. So my hubby & me agree on the seating Row A & B seat number 3. Meaning we will separated by the row but seat number is the same. After we paid and collect the ticket we left the counter. Our mistake was, we did not double check the seat number and the girl also did not repeat our order because she was busy grinning or tersengih sengih. I noticed the girl manning the counter somehow chirpy,grinning all the time even when she wasn't attending to the customer. I was like, Oh!! well,maybe she just being friendly and all, not suspect anything.

At 2050hrs, we enter Cinema 7 and shocked when we realised our ticket is Row F seat 3 & 4. We go back to the counter and asked the girl why she didn't give the seat we requested and to that question she bluntly said it was us who choose the seat. I asked for her manager and this guy name Alif came out and defending his staff by saying they are alll well train and must repeat customer order before handing the ticket. To that I wanted to say that girl did not repeat our order because she was busy grinning all the time and don't even look at the computer showing the seat numbering. She keep on repeating cinema is small and that is why it was almost full. But instead I told this manager by saying this girl did not listen to what we want but syok sendiri. Just look at the seat she gave us. Not even close to what we want. We told the manager we want our money back or else I'll make an official complaint ( which I am in the midst of doing it). 5-7 minutes later he come to us and handing the money back. He was whistling and not even bother to look at us. He got this arrogant look on his face as though we are another trouble maker. He just walk pass us and no apologise or explanation.

My husband and me are in the service industry for 16 years and I have never encounter such a bad service. They did not want to admit their mistake, ok fine. It was partly our fault too. But their side, no apologise, whistling while handing back us the money and not looking to the customer while handing back the money,showing his sombong look is totally rude!! This so called manager need to be train thorougly on how to deal with customer when situation like this arise. He think that as Cinema Manager he is one of the big shot forgetting that we, customer are the one who is paying his salary.

On another note, I think that girl is somehow lose 1 or 2 srcrew from her head. That explained why she was tersengih2 all the time even when there were no customer around. She was distracted by her own silliness.
