Hire Purchase Loan - submit multiple times

Dear K,

Last saturday I went to a used car dealer and submitted my documents to the car dealer to submit to the bank for loan processing.

However today , I spotted a much better deal from a direct seller with very much lower mileage car.

I dont mind burning my booking fee with the 2nd car dealer , but how can I communicate the bank ( ambank ) that I am still keen for the loan
just that I want it to be change to direct owner's car and still proceed with the loan.

Do I need to submit a different application with the bank , and will I cause a bad perception that I submit a multiple car loan ?

Sincerely do hope someone to provide any advice or anyone experience this before.

TLDR :

Shifting new house , needs internet.
Open tm website , min package rm 210 after gst
Cannot transfer from existing home as parents need it ( 5mbps rm140 )
Dulan force people buy 30 mbps package.

inb4 , no Time , dont want broadband due to high latency

Wanna ask , for kitchen cabinets i get from ikea. But i want a contractor to do the solid surface for the top.

The measurements are as 7 x 3 Feet and 4 x 2 Feet.
I seen some people mention per foot run, but i dont know whats the standard depth for per foot run.

Any ideas what will it cost me ? Thanks

Dear all ,

I am an average guy turning age of 24 end of the year. Lately I am been doing some crazy yolo and not sure if I am sane or not.

I recently undergoing process for a housing loan of 495k and also car loan of 60k , each installment of 2.3k and 1.1k respectively , all under my name.
I have a citibank card , but i seldom use it. Only for petrol or movies online purchases.

My current salary average around 5.2k , currently I do not service any loan so my dsr is literally 0% , by doing this kind of commitment Dsr will set off to 65%++. Which is a huge jump suddenly , a bit shocking for me.
I do have a old car , but i need to travel often and my car fails me if i stuck in a traffic jam for more than 30 minutes . I dont have shopping habits nor fancy phone. Just a gaming laptop . Eat mamak and malay food in weekdays , weekend maybe abit cafe or parents sponsor
What you guys think ? I am afraid if anything happen to my career in coming 5-10 years , the debt will set me off to bankruptcy. Asking because I have no experience and I muka tebal dont want to ask parents.

Been Searching around at garage sales for a second hand gaming rig , but having doubts that they are still able to play some of todays games , due to their age, and hardware compatibility.

Games that i may play are like dota2 , sc2 , and mayb on and off FPS games like COD and Arkham City ..
