Deed of Mutual Convenant

Hi Sifus,

I would need some advise here. Before I begin I would like to provide some short background story. On feb 2007 I have bought a double storey terrace from a developer Hartaplus realty sdn bhd. and the project has been delayed until now (house completed, VP done, awaiting CCC) .

In my visit to the developer today. I was asked to sign a Deed of Mutual Convenant. I was told that my lot will be going to be fence up G&G together with a new development (Other developer). The Deed of mutual Convenant is between the New developer and myself. I need to know if there is any implication if I sign the Documents e.g. this waived my rights to claim LAD to the Original Developer (harta plus).

I have attached the 1st page documents for reference as this to complicated for me to understand especially part B for the Recitals.

Other pages is all about the details maintanance fee and other info on the Gated and guarded services, which I have no problem with.
