Help! PTPTN Emergency!

I have problems regarding ptptn!!

I dont know that if i accept other offers form private university i cannot cash the WPP Cheque. But i have cash in already!!! What should i do now?? Can the RM1500 deducted from the monthly PTPTN loans they give( if get approved)??

And my application got problem( accidently click"seterusnya" when checking for status of applications). and one officer asks me to apply again, another officer asks me to apply using the new system. If reapply again, wont there be multiple applications?? What should i do now??

and how long it usually takes for a private uni to approve the loan??1 month??

i just bought a nokis 6700 slide. i try to download the nokia maps(malaysia) through ovi suite. but it failed and cannot use the map app(when i on maps, its shows no maps) and other things like e-mail, chat and all that, i do not know how to set up.

Please help.

hello. i will be entering utp soon for degree prograamme. i hope there are seniors ffrom utp that can give some hint on the life within campus.
about the dorm, first year student supposed to live in the old hostel right?? is there a chance to live in the outside apartment?
about the internet, is it okay(fast)?? is netbook allowed in chancellor hall/lecture hall??
about dress code for girls, is jeans,t-shirts, n sports shoes okay for lecture/lab stuff?? must really wear formal shoes to lecture everytime??
about the lecturers, are thay okay? do they speak in thick mother tongue-tone language?
and finally,
is it okay to pack some maggi mee to hostel?
and if during semester break, can we leave our clothes, daily stuff in our room or we have to pack all things back home??
de we remain in the same room for the 4 years or we have to move all the time??
is there kettle in the hostel/ we have to bring our own???

i just bought a Dell notebook. It has a WLAN card come with it. i just wondering that, WLAN card can direct connect to internet(w/o adapter n router) or do i need to buy a wireless adapter to connect to WiFi? Pls help.
