Dear all sifu,

Need your advise. My ISWARA's radiator need to add water every few days or after long journey. I check the radiator, no leakage.

Can lighten me how is the problem. How to solve.

BTW, i encounter car breakdown in highway before, the car engine sudden shut down and need to tow to nearby workshop. It is found that the radiator no water d..

Which 1s is better in term of house loan?? I got 2 offer from different bank. Their BLR is same and others also seem same as well. But it has a different in term of the borrowers. 1s is Principal borrower and a guarantor. Other is joint name as borrowers.

I would like to know the different between this guarantor and joint name??

I would like to know the difference between convention housing loan mortgage compare Islamic housing loan banking??

1 simple question, If i take Islamic banking, if i deposit extra installment into the house loan, will the extra $$ go into advance payments for next month or will deduct in the principal loan amount?

Now i in a dilemma in choosing new VIOS or old TOYOTA SEG.. If i buy new vios, have to paid installment...If i choose SEG, no need installment..How le...?

1) New Toyota vios - around 800 MYR/ month...
2) Old Toyota SEG - around 10years... no installments....

if u all were me..what is u choice...
