Problem with accessing certain websites on Celcom

Hello there,

I'm currently having problem accessing this and this websites on Celcom network, and whenever I tried to access both on my PC,
I kept getting "connection timeout" or "page unreachable" on Firefox and Chrome, respectively.

It used to be working last week, and the issue happen during last weekend until today.

Tried it on my own/friends PC and laptop, smartphones, and even 3G/4G router, but still no luck.

Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

EDIT:
No issue with other Telco (Digi, Maxis).
