As per title, what do you guys think about asus warranty for computer hardware, GPU/motherboard/etc?

I came across a few negative thread but I would like to hear from others, especially those who experienced with ASUS warranty service @ lowyat.

personally, I have waited for my GPU for 2 months since 17th Dec 2013. I called the service center for 3 times to get some update,
what they told me was the graphic card sent to China for warranty purpose. So I need feedback from ASUS about what is problem I'm having with my graphic card. They are unable to provide me any information.
they promise to send email asking ASUS service center, regarding my case and to call back for update. That call was before chinese new year around 26 Jan.

Today there's no one update from them.
They have no exact date to return the graphic card.
