Hi all, I am new here. Just to share my recent experience. I just purchased a recond toyota estima 2.4 aeras G last month. Before decided to purchase the car, I inspected the car and found some defects. Those defect I highlighted to the salesman and he acknowledged it. I even follow up with official email listing all the defects as witnessed by him and he agreed to rectify the defect. This happened one month prior to the purchase of the car. When the car was delivered to me, a few items has not been rectified to my satisfaction. One example is the front camera. The company replaced with " cap ayam" camera which I found out and I told them to remove it. I insisted that the they should replace it with original or OEM camera. I wrote to them twice and the manager called me to say that, that was the best they can do and can't replace the camera with toyota original.

What can I do next? Your views are very much appreciated.
