Hi all,

I am currently owning a house and still paying installment. We are not staying there yet.
However we saw some neighbor is selling their house with full renovation and extension.
We are thinking to sell our current house and purchase neighbor unit.
Need sifu sifu here help and give some opinion... , anyone has done such transaction before?
How do we handle the loan with bank and agreement?

Why lately so many scam call ? everyday received call with IVR (Interactive Voice Response is an automated telephony system technology).
Pretending Jabatan Kastam claiming your tax problem, another one is you have a DHL parcel with illegal item , suspect money laundering . ..

They scam so many people lately. Many reported and believe many didn't make police report also.

My friend's husband received call, fraudster can even give back his IC number to frighten him. Really GG....

Dear all,

I try to search in the past posting about heat issue but can't find. So i created this to ask for your input. I am using MBP early 2013, 15 retina. I upgraded to Maverick and i notice my MBP is so hot when running Final Cut Pro X , iMovie or iPhoto. Do you all having this issue? Downloaded the temperature monitoring program. The temperature can go up to 80++.. < is this normal? Need help from you all... or i need to sit inside fridge to use my mbp

Hi all pros,

I need a suggestion for a notebook. I had read tru some thread over the forum. Makin banyak read, makin headache ... so here, i hope to get some pro suggestion from you guys. Thank you very much first... My budget is around RM2500 (cheaper and good then best baby ! )

My Needs:
^^ Big big screen, so i can see photo clearly..
^^ Smooth smooth photo editing, so i can touch up pimples without lagging ..
^^ Fast video rendering, so i can made some video and gao dim fast ..
^^ Long Long Warranty, so i got no worry. Once rosak, send back only ..
^^ Long Battery Life, so i can continue wipe off all the pimples even no electricity supply ..
^^ Gaming ? Erm, i never play game .. ^^

Between, i have few questions which i m not clear, i hope some can clarify me.. i m noob ..
Q1. What is the difference of processor i3, i5 and Core 2 Duo ..
-Save more power?
-Lagi smooth?
-Mutlitasking gao gao ?

Q2. Cache memory higher meant i can load more photos at the same time?

I need help from experts over here as i m really confusing to choose what do i want for my new pc. Thank you very much

My budget is below RM1000.
Basically i just need a CPU to editting photos and video processing.
I m lost in choosing processor. either AMD or Intel, i m blur on those FSB, Cache. If for photo editiing and video creating, is Cache an important things?

and ya, will the built in memory affect the PC performance? If i add in a cheapest external graphics card, will it be much more better? or the result is just about the same, and i can save money from buying the graphics card?

I m looking for a CPU, a good motherboard(hopefully big motherboard), higher capacity RAM, a HDD, and a acceptable n functioing casing + psu.

Can you help me on this? Thank you very much ...

Here is some of my macro mode photos by ricoh caplio GX ..
I found out somethign weird on the photos after browse it in my comp.
Why there is a blur border however the center is clear?

Is that my lens problems? Handshake?
