Thought of changing to another protein.
Any idea? I'm not into bulking up but more into getting lean and i just wanna tone up those untoned parts.

Been googling at lot on protein's reviews but im still not too sure whether I should be investing on muscle infusion black or syntha 6/ myofusion probiotic series..

Had diarrhea when i tried VPX syngex 100% whey.. maybe cuz the cookies n cream flavor really sucks.

So yeah.. any idea people? on which protein i should get? budget is round 280-300bucks for 10lbs protein.

Girls getting a tattoo. What's so wrong about it?

Are people being conservative and kuno about girls/ malaysians getting tattoos? Especially people from the older generation. I got a dove tattoo near my pelvis few months ago. My parents were okay with it. But there are some ppl out there, especially the so called 'religious' ones who think that it's wrong to get urself tattoo-ed. I'm a Christian and I believe getting a religious tattoo is not wrong at all. It symbolises ur belief in something. Ppl in my church, however, are very very against this.

Been having thoughts, negative thoughts that I knw i shouldn't be having. When I go to church, i see them as a bunch of hypocrites. It's so hard for me to get rid of those negative thoughts in my mind. =__=

I need to stop myself from thinking those negative thoughts.

HOWWW ?

And im pretty sure most guys out there wouldn't want their girlfriends to tattoo their body.

I'm a 19 yr old girl, works out 6 times A WEEK

I don't think I'm fat just a little flabby on my arms and thighs. I've got a baby tummy too. But it's going away. Been working out for 34-35 days now. I'm taking protein now.

I work on my arms twice a week, thighs(most squatting&stretching 2-3times a week, cardio (skipping, walking up&down the stairs 20x's) & hula-hooping every single day, and tummy every alternative days.

My baby tummy is going down. My curves are more obvious now. Is it normal if ur tummy doesn't go down even after working out for a month? I'm sure it takes months of
Months of time to get rid of it completely right?

I asked my guy fren who works out and etc. he told me protein is suitable for everyone. It isn't gender bias.

I guess Asian girls are just paranoid of lifting even just a little bit of weights right? That's d main reason why we seldom
See Asian girls with toned up body.

:/

SORRY PEPS, DIDN'T REALISE MY TYPO. SUPPOSED TO BE 6 TIMES A WEEK. OMG. LOL -___-
