Camera for Lexus RX270

Recently bought the Lexus RX270 and requested to add additional front camera. But the salesman told me that not able to install due to the reason

1. cant install front camera because your car original comes with 2 camera (side + rear)
2. if the car original comes with only one reverse camera then after market front camera can be added.

Is that true?

I would like to purchase a recon Lexus RX 270 year 2012.
Have search through mudah.com and found 1 of the dealer cost RM191K included GST, it's pretty cheap compare to other dealer.

But is this dealer trusted?
Anyone purchase car from this dealer before?
And anything I should aware from?

BUT when i type ANT, why there show me BuiltFile: build.xml does not exist
