Suddenly when mau balik 5.30pm just now, my staff told me his wife +ve covid and admitted to icu, this very evening. Now my pegawai wants me to list down the names of those who had close contact with this staff for the last 10 days. Our resident doc wants to do some interviewing. House rent agreement

Ok guys. like this, i've been renting my shophouse to this person for 7 months already. and he's been paying me diligently without fail, transferring the money from his bsn into my maybank acc on the stipulated date without fail. so far so good.

then i've decided to jump on the bandwagon, riding the tax holiday hype train, to buy a car. my payslip alone is quite ok, having a nett balance of rm2k after deducting all the PL's and whatnot.

Proton salesman said it is still not enough to buy an exora and i need to provide additional income. then i remember my rent income. salesman said need to gip account statement on where the rent is paid and oso the rent agreement.

here's the problem. the agreement documentations dun have any sort of whaddaya say, official stamping or seal or something like that. just a 4 pages of letter contains the signatures of both parties, and a witness. i dun mati stem the agreements at lhdn sked that i will kena tax, and when referring to the comm of oath, they dun have the authority stamp rent agreements.

my question: can the agreement be used as my supporting documents along with the maybank acc for my car loan application?

forgot to mention, the rent is rm1.5k/m, so my total income is rm3.5k/m nett. living in sg petani here is more than enough. so fark off with that 20k/m crap lolz

Morning /k, happy 2018 to all.

Story like this: My shophouse is left unrented for about 3 years, since i'm too busy to take care of it. Long story short, on the 30th of december last year, I've received a call from a guy who wish to rent my shop house. He and his other 3 friends wanna open a PS4 studio and really kinda desperate to find a proper premise to setup their business. Mine is kinda strategic because it is located near several IPTA/S and housing areas.

I've already taken them for a tour of the shophouse and they satisfied with it. The shophouse is a double storey actually, and they've decided to rent it both. I've asked them to give me maximum 2 months to prepare the house since water and electricity has been cut-off (that's another story) and I also need to repair the front grill and sliding doors and also need to do some heavy cleaning. They agreed.

I wanna ask /k, what kinda documentations that I need to prepare to make this renting official and also to protect me and my property? Are there any samples available that I could refer to? Any other opinion regarding this matter /k wanna share with me?

Huawei Mate 8 and Oppo R9s Plus

Price wise, the r9+ is around rm500 more then the 1799 mate 8. Spec-wise, the mate 8 is 4gb ram and r9+ is 6gb. Others is kinda same. Big rom, big screen, size is not that different.

Hello.

I own a shophouse titled as pajakan 99 tahun, given to me by my mom. The shophouse is quite old, nearly 26 years old and has plenty of repairs need to be done. I'm planning to rent out the shophouse and in order to find some capital for all the repairs and renovations, i'm thinking to refinance it.

My questions:

1) As mentioned, the shophouse is titled as pajakan 99 tahun. Can I refinance a property under that title? The shophouse is already changed to my name.

2) If can refinance, banks will follow the market price or maybe they already had their own rates? I went to LHDN to mati setem, i read that its value is rm245K.

3) Forgot to mention, the shophouse is fully paid and not attached to any banks. Is a fully paid property is refinance-able?

4) I myself currently servicing a homeloan from HL Bank for my house. Is it going to affect the process?

I've been searching in all the subforums and i can't find any answers to the above questions. Maybe someone can provide me some insights? Million thanks in advance.

Hey, is it true that Honda BRV does not have cabin aif filter for it's AC system, on all variants that are launched here? We need to modified the portion above the blower motor to install the filter by paying outside workshop to do it and risks having the warranty for the AC system void.

Last night on fb, i glimpsed a video about a women attacking his husband and his lover in a hotel room. the lover was naked and get beaten up quit nasty. Even her head got smashed with water bottle (they said, liquor). Yep, the girl completely buck naked. And the husband get tomoi'ed really bad by the waifu too. really pandan-looking guy. and yeah, them all meleis with east-coast dialect

I kenot watch fully due to my waifu and kids at home, and i set my hopes high when coming to opis this morning, there at least 5 pages of the tered right now. But sadly, zero tered created. U ktards really let me down. Puihh.

I need a pc to do a simple student-like tasks at my home. You know, typing assignments, editing photos, fb, youtube and all that. At the same time, i really need a simple pc that does not consuming a lot of space. I already have a laptop, though.

From my simple search, brands like Dell, HP, Asus and Acer do have some in their lineup. My price range is 1.8k and below.

So, as per title, any one of u guys using this kinda pc? What kind of problem that i will encounter while using this kind? Senang rosak ke?

1) HLB Visa Gold (<3k)
2) Bank Rakyat Master (<4k)

Both cards are cikai one, yeah i know. After grinding my ass for few months, i finally settle all outstanding balances. now all zero dy. I wanna sacrifice bank Rakyat's and wanna try May Bank. Is it hard to apply? Any promotions?

I've been wondering why people always cari pasal and stalk their exes. For me, its just too pathetic. Few frens of mine went that way and it really farked their lives. Families also in shambles. Its just soo stupid. I'm sure i'm too smart for that.

Until yesterday, i found a bookmark within my personal things, which resembles the one that my ex gave to me 16 years ago. And her name suddenly came into my mind. I felt uneasy, my mind rewinds back and all the memories vividly displayed before my eyes. Eagerly to know how her life is like now, i search fb, and yep. its there. But she privatized all her pics, except a very far-out dp. I can't see her face. And hell no i'm gonna send her a fren request. We broke up in good terms, but yeah. I malu one ok?

Then i fondled around in google, and there she is. in LinkedIn, and i swear to God, when her face just popped in front of the screen, suddenly i felt butterflies in my stomach! My body felt warm starting from the leg, all the way to the tip of my head!

She's into different kinda profession compared to what she take during her polytechnic days. And according to the description, her grade is significantly higher then me. She's also under a ministry, while i worked for semi-gov. And for fark sake, SHE"S WORKING IN HER OFFICE WHICH IS ONLY 2 FARKING KM FROM MY HOUSE BACK IN MY KAMPUNG!! The heck man!?

I did all the above within minutes, and i totally felt unconscious...like its not me who did all the typing and searching and shit.

Well, I know, she's definitely married, perhaps oso got several kids too. Which is the same as me.

Now, i must admit, since yesterday until this morning, i can't let go the feeling of, well, missing her. At home, seeing my waifu and kids, well, i loved them to the hereafter. But, in this case, what should i do, o wise /k?

So, I'm browsing 2 sites that I always visit; aliexpress and lelong. I found a car which is the exact same brand and model on those 2 sites. refer pics:

So yeah. If covert to RM, the one that from ali cost more that the lelong one. Obviously imma gonna go for the lelong one la. Question:

3) Anyone have a clue why lelong's price so damn cheaper that ali's, even though if i bought it direct from China?

As per title. I'm quitting myself from all mobile social networks and decided to gostan myself 8-9 years earlier when things are simpler and less hassle. I just fell in love with flip-phones and decided i need to get one. So, yeah, which one of them is more tahan and non problematic? I've heard flip-phones are prone to rosak at the ribbon, but at least one of these brands is better than the other one right? I'm talking in terms of durability, battery life, and anything in between.

Any ktards that has been using these phones, cum gip me some insight.

Guys, wanna ask something la.

My fren call me just now, some ah beng banged his car rear bumper. The bumper komfem kemek la. The ah beng father came up and persuade my fren not to lodge a police report, as they are willing to cover all costs. After they exchanging infos, everybody left for work la.

The problem is, my fren always servicing/repairing his myvi at Perodua Svc Center. Very loyal one. So, if he repair there, sure the cost quite high and sked the ah beng's father dun wan to pay or only pay partial for the repair. Ofkos gaduh2 will ensues. If he send for repair at outside shop, he sked they just ketuk and spray the bumper only, sure murah but my fren tak puas hati la. And ofkos this oso can ignite gaduh2...

My opinion, i tell my fren to report jer, just to be safe than sorry. He can send to Perodua SC and never worry about the quality of parts and workmanship.

But...what if the other car never do police report? What's the outcome for my fren?
