Literal bug under screen

Ok, odd situation, but an ant managed to crawl under my display screen, between the glass and the ?LED.
In essence, single dead ant, visible on monitor, underneath the first layer of ?glass

Tried the suction cup and the electric tooth brush method to dislodge the fucker, but it's still there.
damned thing not even breaking down. Been stuck there for 2 years. I'm REALLY considering taking the monitor apart just to get rid of the ant but im worried if I do, i'll fuck up somehow
I'm near Penang, so I don't mind bringing the monitor to a store, but I was wondering if anyone knows any other way to fix it?

Sphere or hemisphere chocolate mold?

Hi all! Been trying to temper chocolate and decided to try that popular chocolatr ball dessert.

However, I cannot find a spherical or hemisphere choc mold anywhere. I tried using a balloon, a round bowl but so far result x jadi. Any ideas?

Hi guys, I've been trying to get into SC2 and have been in contact with Blizz customer support for these few days. Apparently my account is unable to purchase the SEA copy because in the SEA market place, there is no SC2 available. I was wondering if you guys got hold of your copies from stores or other websites? Sorry mods if I post in the wrong spot.

EDIT: Oh, if anyone can link me to the SEA bundle with US server version, much appreciated.

Streamyx 2Mbps buggy and slow

Hi guys, I have had a Streamyx 2Mbps package for the past 3 months-ish.

Recently, the speed has been spazzy in that the speed rises and dips whenever it feels like it. I have also noticed that the wi-fi connection is rather unstable as I would often get the 'Cannot find server' page. Yesterday, after a lightning storm near my place, the modem went buggy after lightning struck very near my place. It seems to be functioning ok but the quality and speed have gotten worse. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what to do?

Modem used is a innacomm W3400V6 supplied by TM. I called before to complain about it being unstable and they claim that they sent technician over but he never showed up.

I'm not exactly sure what else I am suppose to post since according to the modem, there are multiple SNR margins and I'm not sure which one to post.

Suggest new external HD?

Hi guys, not sure if I'm posting in the right spot, but I would like some recommendations regarding an external HD. I'm mostly using it to hold anime and/or gameplay footage. I'm trying to find a HD that is of good quality and can last long, essentially bang for buck. Size-wise, I would leave that up to you guys but for context, I currently need about 200 GB of space at least. Chances are, it'll increase quite a bit in the future.

I don't really mind it requiring an external power source, but I'd prefer it didn't.

That's all I can think of, regarding requirements, and thanks for any recommendations. Also, sorry if I posted this in the wrong spot.

Planetside 2

Hi guys,
For those who do not know, Planetside 2 is a MMO FPS. It is a FPS which has no end to the match.

The game is going to be released on the 20th Nov with the closest server being either Australia or US (West). I've been lucky enough to get beta access but I was wondering if there has been anyone else interested in the game as well. Currently, the beta servers are located in either US or EU so ping does present a slight problem. However, I suspect I am lagging due to the wonderful internet service I have, TM. If anyone else has had experience with the game, please let me know.

Hi guys, I've been following SC2 via tourneys and castings by several casters. I've also followed Day9's daily shows and I'm quite impressed by the scene. I've previously done about 7-8 missions of the SP on *ahem* a previous version but I got very annoyed with the upgrades that they had in the ship (campaign unlock thingy for units) I completed the missions using only my mouse and through a combination of sheer luck and twitchy fingers, I managed. I gave up due to the upgrade bit.

I'm interested in starting to play it online but I have no idea which server to play on and how to start. I am living in Kedah so my internet can get spazzy most of the times. I am concerned about the ping to NA servers since I've read from the forums that most of you guys play on NA right? Would love some lessons from all you guys here.

Regarding experience on RTS, I beat WC3 and normally 'zerged' my way to victory. I also did Total War: Rome as well as Shogun 2 but finally lost my patience due to cheating AI.

A bit of a long story. Sorry if boring or painful for the eyes.

In 2011, I had an offer from Uni of Manchester to study medicine. I scored 1A* 2A and 1 B and IELTS 8.5 so I managed to go. In semester 2, due to family problems (can't elaborate, sorry) , I couldn't concentrate and miss passing mark by a little. I came back to Malaysia to sort things out while also preparing for resit. No surprise, tak jadi again. Miss by a little bit as well. I appealed, and basically flew over and begged them but org putih don't see ketaatan like we do, and said family not important and I should have just ignored it all.

I came back to apply to IMU. Twinning was the best option, local also OK. Turns out, IMU has a policy which states that should a student get kicked out of the partner uni, IMU cannot accept them. Not even for local. It's like a black list.

I heard Monash is an option but since the ISAT is difficult, I think chances are, Monash is also going to close the door on me.

I was wondering if anyone on the forum knows of any med schools that provide decent training so at least, should I make it, I won't end up killing a patient. I'd appreaciate any help.

Hi guys, I finally decided to get the 2Mbps streamyx combo package which included TM's own modem. Service speed was decent. The technician came around the day after and fixed the modem. Had to set up the ID twice, I think.

THe very same night, I tried going on both YouTube and Facebook but the connection was VERY unstable. I wanted to test the connection by constantly pinging YouTube. Thing is, there is always a small spike everytime I disconnect, but after that, while I struggle to get to the site, I can still can very decent ping.

I was wondering if anyone had similar problems? I've already connected the modem directly to the telephone port but that gives me an extra headache since calls coming in just disconnects me as well.

Any ideas please?

Oh, and I've also been getting quite a few webpages like this. This is the gaming corner of lowyat.

Hi guys, i apologise if I've posted this incorrectly or have somehow completely missed a strength training thread, but I have some questions that I was hoping you guys could answer.
I'm trying to lose weight and everyone suggests strength training without actually elaborating. Men's health and wikipedia kinda confusing. Was wondering if someone knew about a strength training program for home usage since gym memberships in my area are around Rm1k for 9 months and I org cheapskate.
Some people have suggested the p90x program to me but after reading some reviews, I'm abit doubtful. Opinions please?

Hi guys, I've been trying to lose weight and so far lost 10kg in 2 weeks. Then after that, my weight loss just, well, you know, flat. So I'm thinking of interval training combined with 1 hr squash and gym workouts. I would like to ask, the hell is interval training? I checked wiki(thank god wiki) and saw a pyramid (or sumthing?) and then the interval lasted a few minutes. Does that mean constant repeat the exercise (ie running in my case) or do i stop in between. Explain PLEASE!!!! Thanks
