            <title>Irregular Streamyx Disconnections (Ampang)-Solved</title>

            <description>Package: Soho 1mbps&lt;br /&gt;Location: Ukay perdana, Ampang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve been having very unstable connection for the past 2 weeks. Most times I cannot even log in to my account. I get Error 678 in windows. When I do get connected, the connection lasts about 5 hours or less before it disconnects abruptly. And when I try to connect again, I get Error 678 and can&amp;#39;t login again. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m pretty sure it&amp;#39;s not my router or modem as i&amp;#39;ve tested them at home with the same account and they work perfectly fine. Called 1300889515 many many times and have been given the usual everything is ok by the tech support staff. Bottom line is they have not solved the problem.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Honestly I&amp;#39;m fed up with this as it&amp;#39;s counter productive for work as I can only get a connection for about 5 hours maybe 3-4 days a week.. if i&amp;#39;m lucky. And this supposed to be an unlimited access package. I&amp;#39;m seriously contemplating terminating my account.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is anyone else in this area experiencing a similar problem? Appreciate any feedback from anyone. Thanks in advance.</description>
