Role: -To manage outbound calls pertaining to events, surveys and verifications
- to reach target of calls given per day

Remuneration: - Training will be provided
- RM 10 per hour

The Position:-
The Executive –Customer Service will be required to manage incoming calls and emails from customers pertaining to licensing and certification testing services.
The enquiries will be in relation to location of testing centres; costs of the tests/assessments and related product and services.

The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English and Japanese.

The Requirements:-
• Degree holder in any discipline.
• 23 years old and above.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Japanese
• Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
• Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
• Operating Days :- Monday- Sunday, 24/7
• Work hours :- Shift Based

The Package:-
• Attractive Salary (RM6500).

Job Vacancy Available in KL - opposite KLCC
Live Chat Support (Mandarin Speakers)

Position:

The Executive - Live Chat Support will be required to assist with all enquiries from customers from Mainland China pertaining to online games and related services.
The support will be through written and spoken Mandarin using chat, email and voice.

Requirements:

SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holders im any discipline
Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and basic English
Excellent knowledge of PC software - Window, Excel, Word, Power Point
Ability to multi task and work shifts

Package:
