I don't know whether this is the correct platform but I really need help finding this movie.

The story follows a woman who accidentally boards a ship and embarks on a journey with a man. They develop a romantic relationship, but the woman hesitates to fully commit. ChatGPT gives me hope when it knows the synopsis. But failed to give me the correct actor or the title.. It s either a chinese/cantonese/Taiwanese movie. Forgive me coz I can't differentiate it. I was merely a 13 year old kid when I saw this movie.

Hi guys. My question is as above. Not about me thankfully. My friend (housemate to be exact) have a small cavity and sometimes it bleeds.

It really scares me because we do not discriminate him and share plates, utensil etc. But the bleeding make us uneasy but he doesnt want to go because he is afraid/reluctant that he need to declare his status.

I came across these strips unintentionally. At first, my thought was the girl Clarissa is a brat and always causing trouble to the family because she is always appear annoyed in every chapter. Then, coming to the chapter i post below, i see what is really happening.

It really breaks my heart coz eventhough she is only a comic character, this thing happened in real life, and just like what i just did (not seeing the real problem at first) , people always assume that kids are acting up because that is what they supposed to do; a pain in a but*.

Please check on your own kids if they act strangely.

May i know whether KLIA transit is still available from klia to putrajaya or do we need to buy full price klia - kl sentral coz the apps has only that option n theres no klia transit counter in klia (according to my friends)

A bit disappointed on how they deal with customer complaint as I have put an articulate comments so that it won't offend anyone and what they did was simply hid my comment from their timeline so that no one can see. It would be better and professional looking if there is a response from the management

Here is the excerpt of my comment:

Dear Commando Elite Challenge Administrator/s. I would like to express my dissatisfaction over the ticket price as I am one of many eager 'recruits' that have bought the ticket earlier. It seems unlike other event, your ticket price is getting cheaper when the event date is getting nearer. Now with the introduction of so called TRY OUT (no shirt) package and RM10 off MERDEKA promo, people that bought the ticket earlier seems to be the 'fools' rather than the wise. Next time, people will wait til' last minute to buy ticket for your event.

here is their reply:

Thank you for the feedback sir. For your info, this promo package such as TRY OUT was introduced to the public because we want to encourage more people to join the event. Public have more options to choose from. Some people just want to experience the race and dont mind not having the event shirt.

As a business entity we always want to boost our sales/revenue and this is our marketing strategies. We tried our best to ensure that out earlier registered participants will not be affected.

You should have a look at this one international brand (just came in) to Malaysia and see how they do their marketing. They also have merdeka promo and all. Why they can do it and why we cant? Because they are international? Because people seems ok with it.

We think its unfair to us when you make your enquiry public. You should just call us to get more explanation rather than to voice out your feedback here. We always want to listen to people's feedback because we want to improve our brand.

Thank you for your feedback. I am voicing my disagreement here because this is the best platform to discuss openly, and if you have a strong and valid reason/s there is no harm in mentioning it here.
I do admire your honesty when you mentioned that; quote "As a business entity we always want to boost our sales/revenue and this is our marketing strategies." but as a consumer, I do hope my voice counts too.
Yes, I do agree other company or brand do runs some promo to increase their sales too.
*some running event make it cheaper by removing the chip timing system - EFFECT: the runner will not have e-cert and no official time
*some event make it cheaper by not giving the participants the medals - EFFECT: the participant won't have a keepsake to commemorate the event
*some called it a TRIAL and let the participant run/join the event with some course/s or obstacle/s excluded and run on a different group/date/time from the FULL PAID (premium) package. EFFECT: the participant won't get the full experience.

The above option/s mentioned, if done, will not make the earlier registered participant feel shortchanged.

But in this case, what I can conclude is that the TRY OUT will run together with us and the only difference is that they won't be able to get the T shirt. Furthermore, based on the discussion I read on this FB page, people will be able to buy the t shirt on the event-day.

We are viewing this on a very different end of a spectrum, I as a consumer and you as a company looking to increase participation (hence, profit), Rest assured I have no ill intention neither towards your company nor your event. I hope in the future, this kind of package (TRY OUT) is made available simultaneously with the full price package so we the consumer can decide or maybe you should do away with things/mementos that can not be bought after the event has ended rather than only the t shirt that can be bought separately. I am with 10 person attendees and we are eager to participate in this event.

If this happened to you. Would you feel like you are being shortchange?. Yeah RM30 per person is small figure. But try multiplying them by 10 as I have 10 person to paid for

Hi. I just purchased a FIZ ZOOM RM89 package just now. The salesperson has setup the network name as "arka". Upon reaching home I couldn't connect my laptop because I also had used the same username "arka" as my smartphone tethering/wifi hotspot name when connecting with my laptop before.
The laptop refused to connect to my new FIZ because it says "the setting saved in the computer for the network does not match"

The question is how to change the network name so I can have different network name?

The travel date is tomorrow (29/5) from Kuala Lumpur to Sibu

When i bought the ticket KLIA2 was yet to open, so the ticket stated departure from KLIA. I just want to know where should I send my brother tomorrow? KLIA or KLIA2?

Hi all.
I just subscribe to NJOI Astro on Oct because I don't have money for real ASTRO

But just now someone call me and introduce himself as ASTRO promo guy and offered me some good add-on package.

Here is what he said to me:

-Pay RM42.35 now and I will get additional 20 channel (inc. AXN, Prima, Cartoon, National Geography etc)
-The payment is only for next month (Jan) and I don't have to pay a sen til the next four month (until Apr)
-Then come May, they will sent reminder to continue or end subscription.
-If I want to continue, then I have to pay RM42.35 for every month after that BUT
-if I want to stop, then I just tell them I wanna stop and don't have to pay anything (just that RM42.35sen for 4 full months)

So dear /k, is this a scam or what?
Furthermore, the offer is only valid for today. I asked them to call again after lunch.. (this will give me ample time to think and ask /k guidance )

and also I am truly tempted... and wondering if i RECORD our conversation next time he call again, could that record be used as evidence if suddenly they pusing2 the story in May?

Hope /k especially NJOI subscriber will shed me some light on this..

Hahahahha.. some update... Since I just came back from work..
The Astro guy (****-dunno real name or not) called me again around 2 o' clock. One of my friend said in order to get the record to be valid in court/trial/tribunal.. both parties must made aware that the conversation was being recorded..
Sooo... after he called I asked all the same question allover again... some yadda-yadda... and before I agree to his term n sweet talk, I told him, ****, conversation ni I record tau.. sebab kalau tiba-tiba ada masalah I boleh guna dekat tribunal... Then you know what happened??

He hanged up on me.. JUST LIKE THAT!! WTF!! So rude. So in a nutshell.. ini semua tipu

I am planning to buy a cluster studio house and turning it into rental property BUT not for monthly basis but more or less for a night or two. Kinda like a hotel but the person staying will rent the full house with 3 bedrooms and kitchen.

My (current) house is in the same housing estate and it is situated near a lot of attraction in Melaka so I think this would be profitable.

Is there any legal procedure that I need to go through here?

Parking at Putrajaya Sentral

May I know what is the rate for the covered car park in Putrajaya Sentral.
I did some googling and found out that it is RM2 per-entry from 0600 to 0100 and additional RM5 if parked beyond the stated time. Is the information still valid coz I found that it is really cheap (RM7 for one day and it is covered!!).

And how safe for me to leave my car there for > 4 days?

Buying Ford Fiesta

Since you guys are expert in all stuff, I am trying my luck posting my questions here

I just went for a test drive this morning. A Hatchback 1.5 Ford Fiesta. (this one also gadoh already with my other half whether to get the sedan or hatchback )

I've tested Kia Rio and Honda Jazz too.
But I really like the feeling driving Fiesta. So I have decided on purchasing one. (but haven't signed anything yet)

The problem is right now there is no promo whatsoever. So I really feel like I gain nothing (typical Malaysian ).
But the manager said that he will trade in my car at a higher price. He said he can estimate the car price there and then.

So I showed him my car,
A non metallic year 2007 SXi (manual) 1.3 MyVi (mileage was under 80k but he didn't even look at it)
PLUS stitch-in Full leather seat (from Carbi Deco) and he quoted me RM19k. There is RM4500 loan that need to be settled.

My question are?
1. Is that a good deal?
2. Can I try my luck asking for a full tank, tinting package etc (or did he already gave me huge trade in value?)
3. Is there a place where I can get an accurate/rough estimation of my car value? I've tried using Red Book but I don't have credit card anymore. (the method of payment is CC only)
4. If I wait a bit, let say til next year, would there be a significant difference? (I heard we will "lost a year" in trade in value if we bought car near the end of the year. ( I don't mind if there s a promo though )
5. I actually planning to keep my old plate no. Is there a charge for it?

Sorry if the questions are too trivial, this is the first time I am going to buy/trade in my car. Thank you so much ya all
