EIII - Some of my works

Hi guys,

I am the person behind the creative identity of EIII.
I work completely on my own, without any formal trainings.
The only training would be the late night experiments and tutorials.

Currently I am studying computer science in University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Now, I am under an international student exchange program with NTU of Singapore.

My works are more exposed and known in the foreign art scene.
So i would love to take this opportunity to share some of my works here.

[Problems] CDs can't be read on older ver WINDOWS

[Problems]
I have a DELL computer that should operates using Windows XP but to save cost, i installed Windows ME. Then i recently i bought new CD-R. Then i have a portable CD-RW DVD Burner. I try to plug & play them. The computer recognised the device. But when i put in the CD-R it can't be read.

I tried putting the CD-R into the CD-ROM drive. It can't be detected too.

[Facts]
I do know older computers can't read later version CD-R.
The CDs and burner are 100% working fine. Because i tried them on a Windows XP.

[Solutions]
It is impossible for me to upgrade to Windows XP.
So i think the only way is to upgrade the driver.

Am i correct? Or is there anyway to solve the problems?

Can i just transfer the driver from the newer computer to the older one? To make the matter worst, the computer don't have a connection. How can i transfer the drivers? Can i just go to WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/ to get the driver files and overwrite those in the older computer?

Once again, it is the driver for the portable burner that i am going to upgrade not the CD-ROM drive.

I got a course in a uni which is not in my application pilihan.
so according to the newspaper, you can appeal if u get a uni n course which is not ur choice.

by the way, does anyone knows how to count the ko-kurikulum marks?

Eg: for my case

Sukan/Permainan: Bola keranjang
Jawatan: Naib Pengerusi/Setiausaha Kelab/Pengawas (how many marks for this?)
Tahap Penglibatan: Mewakili Sekolah (how many marks for this?)

Unit Beruniform: Persatuan Bulan Sabit Merah
Jawatan: 2 (the marks are counted for u)
Penganugerahan Sijil: 0 (the marks are counted for u)

Kelab/Persatuan: Kelab Seni Foto
Jawatan: Naib Pengerusi/Setiausaha Kelab/Pengawas (how many marks for this?)
Tahap Penglibatan: Mewakili Sekolah (how many marks for this?)

PLKN: 1 Menyertai PLKN
Jawatan: Mengikuti Program/Peserta
Tahap Penglibatan: Lulus Biasa

I heard tat PLKN u get 6 marks?
so is like Jawatan 3, Tahap penglibatan 3 ?
