How do you listen local radio stations eg Hitz and Mix on the internet?
I've tried the dvr player website using firefox but it doesnt seem to work
any ideas?

Well, my question is 'sort of' a technical support question.

Just now i just received something from my friend on MSN.... about asking me whether i'm in a picture, and i was told to click on the link.

Is this a virus? I suspect so. and didn't click. Luckily i'm aware of this. If not sure 'kena'

Need help with something in Microsoft Word.

A few days ago, I scanned something from a library book into the computer, and then I print screened it to save it into .gif format. Then. I imported the file into microsoft word. The problem is, now, every time I open a new microsoft word document, that picture file (.gif) keeps on appearing on every new document. Is there a way to get rid of this? IT experts, please help.
