The sagat happens when carry 4-5 people total. Not behind ar..

15 inch rims. Nothing fancy or lowered.
Sport spring eibach and kayaba rs ultra. 1 mth old.
Got shop nearby advice change 17 inch rim.

How to change ticket handled by cisco tac region

I recently open ticket with cisco tac.
The ticket was opened more than a week.
no proper solution or follow up given, they called me when I was busy.
When I asked them to call again they didnt call.
The region tac that handle my call is from india.
Later my colleague in US open a ticket and got solution quickly.
This is related to a bug, the issue is resolved.
How do i change tac to different region, I tried to escalate to their team leader nothing goods comes out...
My colleague whom open a ticket got solution within a day from US tac.
