How to keep a friend as is

Dear all,

Here me out. I need your help as this is troubling me for some times.

Backstory,
I am a married man, and I love my wife.
We have a happy marriage and no troubles so far within my marriage.

However,
Things are starting to have a huge spin on me when I met this girl colleague of mine.
To make things clear, I have no foul intentions with her, just want to be a good friend.
Her personality compliments mine, and we work great in chemistry at the office.

What trouble me most is the signals that she is giving me.
I understand that some of her behavior shows me that she likes me, but I am not capable assessing to what extent.
I feel like she likes me more than she should, more than a friend, which troubles me most.
She also knows my wife and communicates fairly with each others, albeit sparingly.
My wife is okay that she is friends with me, but to a limit of just friends.

The issues start when she is not renewing her work contract.
She starts giving me weird signals such as saying: "I hope I can be your no 2", "I feel super happy when I'm with you", only talks about her family problems with me, and starts planning her day to have much more time with me i.e going lunch together, even though for the earlier years in her contract she could care less about us having a break together.
Maybe just a flirty gesture, maybe jokingly, I don't know.
I feel slightly uncomfortable with it, but not in an annoying way.
Is there something she wants to tell me, or is there something I should know?

Since she is leaving, I would honor some of the request since we will not see each other anymore after her contract ends

So I plan to take her like the "Abang-Adik Angkat" thingy that we used to do at school last time.
My wife is okay with that.
Hopefully things will stay as is.

KEYPOINTS:
I am having trouble assessing how or what I should react to her.
I intend to keep her as a friend, but at the same time I don't know how to react.
I am afraid later things will change if I react in the wrong way.
And I don't what to hurt her feelings if she really does like me more than she should.
I want to her to be told in the most polite way.

I would like to ask some of your opinion on what I really should do, just to be safe.

I don't intent to cross a line to break marriage with my wife, we agreed to keep it casual but I am having a hard time acting that way with this mixed signals and everything being blurry and all.

As you all know, today Steam ada alot of gooding games one sales.

Unker enjoy playing stealth games
Unker enjoy kentanglembut games, especially the Assassins Creed Franchise. Last played was AC3

But,

I hear bad review about kentanglembut games from /k/tizen. Say game glitch alot, buggy la. some say not enjoy play.
So unker sked abit to buy any kentanglembut games. So far unker play kentanglembut games, ya sure, some glitches, but minor one.

So now unker is terbelah bahagi.

Far Cry 3 oso unker minat, see good review outside of /k/land
AC4 oso looks nice, someone quote the best AC franchise.
Unker nak buy both, tapi sked.

If /k/tizen mind sharing why shud unker not buy any games from kentanglembut? (outside of pricing of course, I buy on sales game oni)

G'day sifus,
I'm no IT guy with any basic knowledge whatsoever, so forgive me for asking this.

Yesterday, I have flashed from factory firmware to OpenWRT. So far no problem, firmware is running good
I'm using the Attitude Adjustment 12.09 firmware from OpenWRT

Was hoping to get it work with UNIFI, looked thru klseet guide and sadly no tuts for WR841ND with OpenWRT. Have a couple of difficulties to understand certain things, such as;

1)I can't get the router to connect to the internet. EVER.
Based on klseet website, looking and comparing to different setup for TPLINK modems, to my understanding that we need to tag the WAN port on the WR841ND with VLAN500 and VLAN600, since all the TPLINK modem listed shows the same procedure for all VLAN tagging at his site. Is this the right procedure? Or misunderstanding by my part? What is the right way? Do elaborate further as I have a hard time troubleshooting this as I don't understand how it really works.

2)How do I assign the correct VLAN to each PORT?
Configured the switch0, but unable to find which port is the WAN Port. Tried tagging PORT1 to become WAN port so I can tag VLAN500 and VLAN600 but unsuccessful. So I can't solve the above problem.

3)Get locked out of router
LAN and WAN interfaces are default interfaces. Whenever I configure the WAN interface to PPPoE (with the UNIFI username and pass), I get locked out from gateway. I need to PuTTY telnet back into the router and reset to defaults.

4)Switch related mess
Futher readings on Google, and testing myself, I find that whenever I set the WAN interface physical setting to other than eth0, the globe LED light on the modem turns off. So to my understanding, if I tag the WAN interface to eth1.500 on physical setting would it work?, or the tagging is incorrect?

Please guide me how to configure the modem to at least to be able to connect to the internet, from there I can understand how it work and maybe be able troubleshoot problems that I'm having.

This is with my 2 days worth of reading on the internet so forgive my mistake if there any wrong term/knowledge

Identifying the main problem of the rig

Salam and Hi to all gurus

I have some problems with my rig, where I will try to address to all of you as briefly as I can.

I'm running a MSI 770-c45 main board, Athlon II x2 240 overclocked 3.5MHz, 4G Corsair Vengeance 9:9:9:24 DRAM 668MHz and running Radeon HD 6670 GPU (stock), Windows XP sp3. I have decided that this setup would be optimal, but the processor can still be overclocked further.

The problem with this rig is, when I play Dragon Nest SEA, it tends to not respond (not responding in Task Manager) for a few minutes, a minute at best, when changing maps (certain maps only, specifically happen when loading large map such as Saint Haven and Lotus Marsh)
On other games, such as Assassins Creed 2, Crysis, League of Legends, it runs perfectly fine, which annoys me why does it only happen to Dragon Nest.

I've skipped believing that network connection (ISP, network card) would not be the problem causing it, as I can run smoothly on my friends laptop

I have come to a decision that changing the processor with Phenom II x2 / x4 may fix the problem, but somehow I relentlessly feel that it would not rectify the problem. I somehow feel that the MoBo plays a part also in creating the problem, or maybe the RAM, or maybe I didn't OC properly.

I looking for cheap solution, but all in all solution would be fine for me

I do not have much knowledge, but I am hoping some of you experience people could help me fix the problems. Thank you for the replies

From Service to IT Sector

Hello ladies and gentleman,
I need some advice on looking for a new job, but I need some view on people related to IT sector.

Long story short, been working as a Manager for a services company for nearly two years. During that working duration, I am well experienced in handling the staff in the offices and are responsible to keep track of everything progressing in the company (Clerical, Accounts, HR, and Operation) I have quite a knowledge about those fields, especially in the Operation field (Meeting with clients, getting contracts for the company, maintaining the contract)

As it may sound weird, I have stopped working (personal affairs with the company) and now I'm switching my prospect to the IT sector. Some friends of my father recommended me working in O&G sector, seeing that I'm have some knowledge in the IT related fields, but I don't have proper certificate, and he recommended me to take CISCO certificate. I'm interested in taking the CISCO certificate, but I'm not sure myself where to start.

In 5 years I hope to see myself working in the IT department of an Oil & Gas company *preferred* (or any other company would do, as long as it is related to IT)

Help anyone?

TL:DR Which CISCO certificate should I focus on for working in an O&G related field? Or should i just find any other jobs suitable which is related to my previous field?
