[HELP] Laptop GPU

Hey guys, need a lil help here.
Yesterday, I bought my new laptop- Acer 5755G.
So, the GPU is GT540M but i was surprised that it lags when i put all the settings for League of Legends to very high. Its a 2GB card and im sure thats nt supposed to happen. now, i found out that this laptop also has an integrated intel hd graphics too. so i was wondering how do i switch from the intel to the nvidia gpu?

Asus M4N75TD Problem

man i suck

ok here goes. my motherboard Asus M4N75TD has some problems. heres how it happened. one day i put my windows to sleep mode and i went out shopping. when i came home, i resume it from sleep mode but the monitor is still black. i thought got problem wif my com so i just pulled out the switch... so the thing kinda just BOOM SWITCH OFF without fully resuming sleep mode. so i think the windows got ****ed up there. and then later i just realized it was the monitor. it was off LOL. so i tried switching on again. but this time, computer light all on but monitor black. monitor switch is on. still black. then i messed around the mobo. i click the mem ok switch and played with it. now when i press the on button, the lights just goes on for like 1-2 second and then its gone. when i try to on again, it doesnt work. to make that 1-2 second lights again, i have to completely off everything, the main switch everything. so pls hlp? im 100% sure its mobo problem coz when i used my old mobo, it works fine. pls hlp ty.

hey guys, some of u might know me well here it goes. im planning on getting the phenom ii x6 1099t or something. the 2.8ghz one. and im planinng to oc it to atleast 4ghz so i wanna get a wc system b4 i do that. i wanna get a wc cooling system with these specs:

wc for gpu

Logitech G35 vs Razer Megalodon

hey guys, this sunday im going to modernopc to get pc stuff. i was wondering which headset to get.
i was deciding btwn the Logitech G35 or the Razer Megalodon. razer is expensive but logi is cheap.
both have 7.1 virtual surround sound so i dont really need a sound card for my pc.. so which one?
i usually play fps games like bfbc2 and mw2 and some mmorpg games like wow.
i also plan on using it for my ps3 for f1 2010, mw2, lbp2, ass creed brotherhood and well u get my drift. so pls advice. thanks.

hey all, im using the elite 310 casing right now and trust me. when i say it sucks, IT SUCKS. bad airflow and the cable management is complete bogus. i just got a new 2x pci slot motherboard and it covered up all the cable management holes. so its useless. im thinking on buying the Corsair 600T Casing. does anyone know where i can get it? digital mall perhaps? not too far pls. thanks. and how much is it? thanks all.

Problem with new PC

Hey guys. Need help. URGENT! k so i just bought a new pc like last week and im having some MAJOR problems. heres what happened:
the screen hanged. mouse cant move, keyboard cant move. nothing works. and if im playing a song, that 1 second of the song goes on an infinite loop. waited for 1 hour no fix so i had to restart pc. then cannot on. monitor black ( btw the monitor cable is attahed to gpu ) so i tried reseating the gpu and then can. now it just happened again. whats the problem? pls advise. oc too much? 960/ 1330/ 50% fan. ok right? wtf.. need change? pls hlp ty

Crossfire Compatible 1156 Mobos

Hey all, as you all know, well maybe not all but some, might know, I recently god my new pc. And yes, i built it myself and indeed, as phantomash said, it was very satisfying! now I have a little problem.. I'm hating AMD. lol. I dislike my current proc- AMD Athlon II x3 440 @ 3GHz. It's very slow and I hate it. I'm thinking of buying the i5-661 @ 3.33 GHz. so now, i have a few questions. I'm also planning to get a crossfire compatible for future upgrades. im buying another 5770 soon as i love it ! so heres the question: any good/ cheap 1156 xfire mobos? dual shud be enough. and 1 more thing, can someone explain to me the difference btwn i5 and i7 cores? which better for high end budget gaming? speed and all. thanks in advance.

im using msi afterburner and these are my settings:

960 MHz Core Clock
1401 MHz Memory Clock
Fan Speed 55%

Turbo Key

Title says it all. How do i use this "turbo key"? is it like a function in which i change a switch on my casing to an OC button? lets say i change the reset button to the turbo key, is it like when i press the reset button it changes to whichever OC profile i want? BTW i know about the turboV and all just need help with setting it up. thanks all

Hey all, in accordance to the Eyefinity technology, I wanna try it. I've read many reviews and it says your need 2x Monitors with DVI Cables and 1x Monitor with Displayport Cable OR 1x DVI 1x HDMI 1x Displayport.

The displayport monitor is COMPULSORY. Just wanna ask, where can I buy cheap and reliable monitors with displayport cables? I live in Selangor. Perhaps Digital Mall? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys! & community.

My son just finished his mid terms and he got excellent results so i'm thinking of buying a desktop for him because his laptop is really old and he keeps complaining about it. its around 2005 model. i saw this desktop with the following specifications. can u guys pls tell me if its good for him? he likes to play online games like warcraft or something. i think its world of warcraft and doa. these are the specifications:

- FreeDOS
- AMD Athlon X2 7450 DUAL-CORE PROCESSOR
- 1GB DDR2
- 320GB
- DVD SUPER MULTI
- ATI RADEON 2100 INTEGRATED.

Please tell me if my son will be able to play his games on this desktop smoothly because if it doesnt then it'll be a waste of money.
PS- I have a 4GB RAM card from my old laptop that i might be able to give to this desktop ( if its possible. im not sure. im not good with these tech stuff)
