I have a bad feeling about Sabah..I really think it will worsen no matter how much the govt want to sugar oat it.The case is rising exponentially and the health care infrastructure in Sabah compared to say Klang Valley is light and day. It is really in the verge of collapsing..I mean, how many ICU bed are there in Sabah?Last i check Covid ICU patient have already breach 100..And that is not including the normal non covid cases needing ICU bed.

BUTTERWORTH (Bernama): A Malaysia Day outing for four 21-year-old friends turned tragic when two of them died while two others are in critical condition due to suspected carbon monoxide poisoning after falling asleep in their car at a parking lot of a petrol station in Sama Gagah here Wednesday (Sept 16) night.

The deceased were identified as Sharifah Fariesha Syed Fathi and Ayuni Shazwanie Shabri, while twins Nor Adilah Mohd Safwan and Nor Aqilah are reported to be in critical condition.

Seberang Perai Tengah OCPD Asst Comm Shafee Abd Samad said they received a report regarding the incident at 1.40 am Thursday (Sept 17).

"Preliminary investigations showed that the four women had gone to Pulau Jerejak, near here, for the Malaysia Day holiday Wednesday, and it was understood that they were on their way home to Sungai Petani and Gurun in Kedah.

"They stopped their car at the petrol station on the northbound North-South Expressway to take a break but are believed to have fallen asleep and fell unconscious due to suspected carbon monoxide poisoning,” he said here Thursday.

He said that according to Ayuni Shazwanie’s mother, her daughter had sent her a text message at 9.15pm, telling her that they had stopped at the petrol station for a rest, but when she failed to return to their Taman Ria Jaya home in Sungai Petani at 11pm, the couple feared the worst.

Shafee said Ayuni Shazwanie’s father then went to the petrol station to look for her and found all four of them unconscious in the car, with the engine still on and the windows fully wound up.

He said Ayuni Shazwanie’s father immediately contacted a hospital before an ambulance arrived at the location at 1am, adding that initial checks found Sharifah Fariesha, who was in the front passenger seat, had died while Ayuni Shazwanie was pronounced dead while receiving treatment at the Seberang Jaya Hospital.

He said the twins, who are from Taman Ria Mesra in Gurun, are reported to be in critical condition in the same hospital.

"The petrol station’s closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera showed that their vehicle arrived at the parking lot at 8.30 pm, with several of them alightnig to purchase some food before getting back into the car and never coming out again until they were discovered,” he said.

He said the case was being investigated as sudden death and that so far there was no sign of any criminal element involved, although police are still conducting further investigations.

Meanwhile, Sharifah Fariesha’s aunt, Nor Jamilah Ahmad, when met at the hospital mortuary, said her niece was her older sister’s eldest child and that she was very close to Fariesha.

"They (the four of them) are very good friends and just completed their engineering studies at a private college in Batu Caves, Selangor. Fariesha just started work at a private clinic and was very excited about the outing with her three friends,” she said.

Nor Jamilah, who is in her 30s, said she only found out about the incident when Fariesha’s mother called her to say that Fariesha had yet to return home in Amanjaya in Sungai Petani late Wednesday and she then contacted her niece's friends and fiance.

"We were about to go out and look for her when her fiance called me and told me that all four of them had been found and that he was going to the hospital. I was shocked and headed for the hospital too, but before we could reach we were told she had died,” she said.

MELAKA: A 25-year-old lorry driver died after being slashed for flashing at a woman during a heated argument in Taman Pengkalan Indah in Alor Gajah.

Melaka CID chief Asst Comm Mohd Nor Yhazid Idris said the incident occurred at 9pm on Sunday (Sept 13) when the deceased and a friend had revved their motorcycles in front of a house in the housing estate.

A woman occupant of the house contacted her elder brother about the two men who were disturbing the peace.

He said the elder brother, together with another sibling, rushed to the house.

"A heated argument erupted between the two parties at the woman's house," ACP Mohd Nor said on Monday (Sept 14).

He said both sides used helmets and sharp objects during the altercation.

The lorry driver then reportedly took off his pants and flashed at one of the brother's wife who was also at the scene.

The two brothers, armed with machetes, started to chase the lorry driver and his friend.

They managed to slash the driver but his friend fled the scene.

ACP Mohd Nor said the lorry driver was rushed to the Alor Gajah hospital by his wife and succumbed to his injuries at about 11pm on the same day.

He said police arrested nine men, aged between 20 and 50, in connection with the case.

The case is being probed under Section 302 of the Penal Code.

MELAKA, Sept 7 — The Melaka Health Department has detected a group of individuals posing as personnel from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and fleeing with Covid-19 record books from several business premises around Melaka Tengah district yesterday.

State Health and Anti-Drugs Committee chairman Rahmad Mariman said the incidents were discovered after several business operators lodged complaints to the state health department and police.

He said that based on information, the acts were carried out by groups of two or three people, showing authority cards purportedly from the state health department, and carrying a form before making a run with the logbook.

“We are worried that if this continues, it would cause the community to lose confidence in writing down their details in the logbook before entering the premises. We are also concerned that personal data would be manipulated for criminal threats or fraud activities through phone calls,” he said in a press conference here today.

Rahmad said that following the incidents, Melaka Tengah Health office has lodged a police report for further action and reminded business premises not to give easy access or allow any party to take the Covid-19 health screening book.

He also emphasised that the Melaka Health Department did not issue any instructions or actions (to take the Covid-19 health screening book) from the district health department or office.

Meanwhile, Melaka Tengah district police chief ACP Afzanizar Ahmad confirmed receiving a report regarding the matter and no arrest has been made thus far. — Bernama

KUALA LUMPUR, June 5 — The G-spot is probably the most talked-about aspect of sexual pleasure in women.

Yet, it remains elusive to most as many men tend to venture “deep” in hopes of hitting the excessively sensual spot.

But consultant urologist Professor Dr George Lee Eng Geap rubbished the common belief about the correlation between deep sexual penetration and the G-spot orgasm, and said such theories were completely wrong.

“As the erogenous zone is located at the front wall of the vagina, the depth of penetration is irrelevant.”

Citing a 2017 study, Dr Lee said the G-spot was not a distinct part of the female anatomy, but a zone of the clitoral neurological network.

“The G-spot is typically reported to be located at the anterior part of the vagina wall, around five centimetres between the vaginal opening and the urethra.

“It is also believed to be the remnant of a male prostate,” he said.

Dr Lee also noted that the G-spot can vary between different individuals, therefore it is often described as elusive.

However, he said there were several sex positions that could potentially stimulate the G-spot and lead to a heightened sense of arousal and powerful orgasms in women.

These were believed to be cowgirl, doggy style or closed missionary position.

He said the cowgirl position allows the female partner complete control over the angle and rhythm of penetration to explore and stimulate the G-spot.

“In fact, the forward and back movement has higher chances of hitting the right spot than deeper penetration.

“Similarly, doggy style penetration can allow a forward penetrative angle to stimulate the erogenous zone,” he said.

Dr Lee also pointed out that the straddled missionary position can also allow shallow penetration to generate friction against the front wall of the vagina, without the need for deep penetration.

He also warned couples that deep penetration can become uncomfortable or even painful.

“Although painful sexual intercourse or dyspareunia can occur in up to 60 per cent of women, the pain caused by deep penetration hitting the cervix is uncommon.

“This is particularly common when the partner rushed into deep penetration, before adequate natural lubrication takes place.”

He advised that the correct way to avoid painful deep penetration should start with gentle foreplay.

“Starting slow allows arousal and vaginal adjustment before deep cervical orgasm.

“Building up the intensity gradually also allows frictional rubbing of the cervix, rather than the traumatic bombardment of the cervix.

When ready, he said to aim for the front of the body.

“During sexual stimulation, the vagina will elongate and cervix will move up towards the front of the body.

“Hence only aiming forward will achieve the cervical orgasm.”

Although the sexual pleasures of the clitoris and the G-spot stimulations are well-documented, Dr Lee said there is was third spot that can produce an intense, full-body orgasm.

According to him, the stimulation was known as cervical penetration.

However, he said the term “penetration” may be misleading as the cervix cannot be penetrated.

He explained that the cervix is a small channel at the top of the vagina, which connects the vagina to the uterus.

“Therefore, the pleasurable sensation is generated due to the repeated frictional contacts.”

He added that the orgasm may also not be achieved with the rubbing of the penis on the cervix.

Dr Lee highlighted that the normal vagina is about 7.5cm to 10cm deep, but during arousal, the vaginal elongation occurs with sexual stimulation, which pulls the cervix further backwards.

Therefore, he added, only male partners with a longer penis or the utilisation of sex toys may be able to reach such depth of penetration.

I was wondering..All that hotel and motel operating in the Island in Terengganu,Pahang and Johor can they withstand the economic storm??They have been devoid of customer since March when the monsoon season ended.That time,the resort should be teeming with mat salleh and locals..Peak season of school holidays also no customer coming..They have no income probably since the start of last year monsoon season and next monsoon is just coming in a few month..I am quite astonished no resort have closed down yet..

Ini juga bermakna tiada sebarang caj tambahan akan dikenakan sewaktu tempoh moratorium.
