Delegated User Unable to delete item/meeting

Hi Good People,

I would need anyone's to share if you have ever experience the same below:

I have googled and found less input/resolution.

We have a user which was delegated as "Editor" for her manager's Calendar.
We have double check via outlook and powershell and confirmed that she have the role as an Editor.

When she delete a meeting/item, the meeting/item will reappear again. While the deleted item will then stays on the manager(owners) calendar.

We have done many troubleshooting listed below:
1. The user was on Windows 7 with Office 2010, and then we updated to Office 2013.
2. We deleted the all the profile in her computer an created a new one. (This help and worked for a few days and then the issue happens again).
3.While the user was on Office 2010, we followed the instructions advised in this link : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/202517?wa=wsignin1.0
4. We disabled all add-ins
5. Tested the same user account on another computer (windows 8 and office 2013) and still getting the same result.

Note: The issue does not happens if the user uses the OWA.

Anyone ever experience the same?

RAM Upgrade query

Hi there everyone,

I am a newbie here.

I got a question regarding RAM upgrade and require your precious knowledge on the term and meaning.

I got this old laptop of mine and the specs from : http://panam.acer.com/acerpanam/notebook/0...re4530sp2.shtml

It states : RAM / Max RAM: Up to 2 GB of DDR2 667 MHz memory, upgradeable to 4 GB using two soDIMM modules (dual-channel support)

May I know:
1. Does this mean the maximum RAM supported is 4 GB?
2. Does this mean I can only use DDR2 667 MHz? (I found there are DDR2 800 MHz, can I use this one? What is the difference?)
3. Anyone can suggest which shop is the cheapest?

Looking forward to anyone's reply.
