HELP !

Hello, my name is Jack and i'm facing some headache problems on my pc.

It begin with I upgrade my XP SP2 to SP3 (sorry I m still using an old version coz my pc spec is old enough, 5 years AMD 3200),

Everythings going smooth during the setup, and the PROBLEM occurred after the setup.

Problem 1 : The computer keep restart and restart and restart when it loading until WINDOW LOADING SCREEN, like this one :

My friend told me it was the windows setup CD problem, some of them said it's windows file corrupted.

But Anyone know what is really happening .....?

Problem 2 : After PROBLEM 1 occurred, I press F8 and choose DEBUGGING MODE then the windows loads without any problem.

I can play game, I can install drivers, I can surf the net as well with this DEBUGGING MODE.

Does anyone know what is the problems? Why the windows can use without any problems in this mode?

Actually what is the problem of the windows file or maybe the PC ?

Problem 3 : Blue screen

After I install and update the display card driver ( It's an ATi Radeon 9600 display card, and i've update it to the latest driver which i download from official website ),
DEBUGGING MODE become blue screen before window loading screen and whole system HANG + non-responding in NORMAL MODE.

Anyone know how to settle this problem ? Safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, last known good condition also hang and non-responding,
and the ONLY MODE which can load the windows like normal also become blue screen.

How am i suppose to solve all these problems ? Any pro, offer your opinions and solutions, PLEASE.
