Should I go for Masters?

this is how it goes:

I'm a food science graduate from local uni and have been working for a year..
for those nt familiar with food industry, the career opportunity of food science grad will be either:
1.QA 2.R&D 3.Nutritionist or 4.Sales
actually i have made up mind to stay in the food industry, which means my option will be either no.1 or 2.
My current job is in a food manufacturing company and attached with QA/R&D department, which means my job scope involve both QA and R&D..
my career goal is to get to work in a MNC which manufactures food...and i'm nt too sure whether the current job can lead me to that...
been thinking to further studies to masters doing research in food science..the reason being: (correct me if i'm wrong) to increase my chance of being employed in MNC in future. I have no intention at all to further to PhD, so izzit worthwhile to do masters in research at this stage??? (as there is a saying that one might as well continue to PhD since he/she has already taken up masters)
and the other uncertainty is that, am i thinking correctly, that doing masters in research can lead me to my career goal?
frankly speaking i've come to think of furthering studies as i cant see how i can achieve my career goal with the current degree qualification..as i dun want to involved in QA/QC work anymore coz it is rather routine and i have already get bored..
a lecturer once told me that: MNC seldom look at undergrad...and one must at least be masters in order to land a job in MNC...how true is that???
I've been in this dilemma for a long time..
and i do have this doubts as well..working in MNC, apart from having better benefits and salary, can it really bring exposures to me??
actually all i want is to have more exposure and experience...

thanks in advance for any of u for your valuable opinion...
