dear all sifu,

i am buying a 2nd hand house through agent.
is it advisable to use their panel lawyer ?
if anything goes wrong will they side the agent ?

cause agent told me the property price is 184 but in s&p will write 180 only.
remaining 4k need to pay to owner in cash

anyone face this kinda scenario b4 ?

Hi all,

Just want to check if after paying the booking fee, can the seller/owner suddenly increase the price ?

i pay booking fees to agent for a week+ already and today i call the agent to ask when can sign the s&p,
the agent said the seller want to increase the price abit only will sell.

my question is can the seller do that ?
all i got was a receipt stating that i paid booking fee "A" for house "B" at address "C" for total amount "D" plus the date from the agent company.
what are my options ?

any advice ?
