Hi all, I’m first time buyer. Before starting to buy my first house, I try to figure out how much cash I have to to be prepared. Please help me to check that whether The calculation is correct.So assume the sub sale house is rm500k, and I only can get 90% loan, which is rm450k...
so, I need to prepare:

Rm 50k + rm3000 ( stamp duty for 1st house buyer) +rm3950 ( snp)+ rm y= Rm56,950. + rm y

1) stamp duty for 1st time buyer is only applied on 500k house or under 500k?
2) It is correct for my snp fee calculation?
3) what else I need to add in fro the rm y?

Cartridge paper for graphite drawing

i saw some reviews said that cartridge paper is good for graphite drawing, it can create the smoothness of graphite (after blending).. Is it having the same name in malaysia or giving other name for this kind of paper?

i am using raspberry pi 2, installed Jessie.
i have set an AP on my wifi (with static ip 192.168.22.1),and i want all url direct to this static ip
Here is my setting under /etc/dnsmasq.conf:
