            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Could anyone advise what is the daily rate for contract FICO or other modules, with the following experience:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) 1 year&lt;br /&gt;2) 1 - 3 years&lt;br /&gt;3) 3 - 5 years&lt;br /&gt;4) 5 years above&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Should anyone have the information, kindly advise (no need 100%, but range of the pay rate already enough)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks in advance.</description>

The factors are:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;. Weak English 56%&lt;br /&gt;. Bad social etiquette 36%&lt;br /&gt;. Demand too much pay 32%&lt;br /&gt;. Degrees not relevant 30%&lt;br /&gt;.
