nazar v48 controller on pes

i just bought this controller nazar v48 at lowyat..im install the driver and hoper to play in pes 2011, but weirdly, this controler very sucks.
i cant read the guide because guide in chinese but i open up the web which www.nazar.com.cn.
i still cant find the answer for my prob.
my problem is when i press button right top or key which is for to speed and change player, the button take some function of other button, such as, i tap rt it not speed but shoot. i already go stting and set it but, when i press rt in the setting controller configure, it blinks on rt+x+arrow buttom. at the same time. anybody can help me.i bought it rm55..pleasee...
