Whatsapp Transfer Data

hi guys,

would like to ask how do i transfer my whatsapp Databases / Media / Voicenote, basically everything from huawei phone to samsung?

apparently i've copied the data stored in huawei internal storage to samsung internal storage but my whatsapp on samsung does not load back up from internal storage. Not sure it is different phone has different thing to read the database.

Anyone know how it works? been trying to transfer for past 3 days. this is android to android which should be less complicated than iOS to android right?

Guys,

Would like to ask these scenario :-

Person A (GF to Person B) - tier 1
-diagnosed with covid19 positive.

Person B (C's friend who stay with the GF) - tier 2
-met him last week for dinner
-he quickly took the test after knowing the GF has covid positive
-result came out Negative on first swab. Now on home quarantine

Person C (tier 3)
Question
- should C be home quarantine too since first swab is negative?

2020 Appraisal Review

So as we know this year is a tough for most of the companies.

However the company i working at is under essential and definitely profit making as the latest financial health report.

Work has been busier than before MCO period due to new adjustment on work life. And heck, there is no such thing as work life balance. Company managed to hit target and apparently they took the opportunity to inform us that there will not be any bonus, increment or promotion.

Was thinking to move out but company know that not many company is performing.

Bosses start saying be fortunate that you still have a job.

Not sure how to digest this shiat. Anything u can share on your current situation?

[wta] preventive measurement for termite issue

Hi guise.

Would like to check my neighbor house detected termite issue (beginning stage as he got someone inspected and confirmed, baiting system installed), should I do drilling and spray for my house?

My only concern is that I have a indoor dog in my house. Afraid that she might lick or sniff to the drill holes or spray area..of cos, I can monitor my dog when I am around.

So, was thinking is there any alternative way for preventive measure other than drilling and spraying? Understand baiting system is for those house kena already. My house do not have termite issue but quite worry.

So todei i went bangsar village drink kopi, when i come out take my car. It got blocked by a Singaporean car. No number left, hon for 15 mins. No one layan.

So i decided to call DBKL

Abang dbkl says todei no tow guy work cos byk org cuti. Sigh asked me wait.

Then,

Went into bangsar village to make announcement, aunty dekat counter says to me, "how u know this owner is in our shopping mall? Sorry cant help" duh if i know i wont come to u ask make announcement kan?

Out of no choice, i was really rushing so i took grab to another place to do my shopping. informed the nyonya restaurant/bar beside mercu worker to call me once that Singaporean Mercedes leave.

After an hour baru the Mercedes owner, old unker come take his car. He langsung tak layan what happened even the workers tegur him for blocking.

Is it normal Singaporean come Malaysia park like this ka?

Hi guys, just wanted to check on the mortgage loan informations below.

Two questions to check :-
my husband and me are in joint loan for property A for 500k in future I would like to purchase property B under my own name only. Would it affect my loan "quota" by calculating I already used up 250k or 500k?

In dilemma to get between Loan A or Loan B,

Loan A - my husband name only but rate at 4.45 & MRTA cost premium more expensive, also lawyer fee more expensive.

Loan B - joint loan with both of our names. Rate at 4.35 & MRTA coverage is higher than Loan A and premium lower. Cheaper lawyer fee too.

Hi guys,

Would like to know usually how long it takes for appointed Valuer to produce the valuation report AFTER they done the survey?

It has been 9 working days, valuer told me that it is in process since day 3 till now. And valuer has been avoiding calls & text until yesterday lawyer called to their office and ask.

Bank unable to proceed to release the money due to valuation report not done. Is it normal for a valuer to take 9 working days and report has yet release?

other than that, if after final valuation report submitted to bank, and bank accepted to send for lawyer to give LHDN to process Stamp Duty purpose, at this stage it is confirm that the remaining 90% will be release to seller right?

hi guys, I am new to property matters.

currently I am letting go my DSL house through an agent. Would like to check with you guys on these.

Lets say I have signed Letter of Cnnfirmation for Sales. However, buyer wanted to get loan approves, I agree to give up to a month for her to get the loan. However, I was told by my peers that getting loan approve is not that complicated as long you provided bank all the necessary documents.

As days goes by, agent requested me to get my property's snp for bank valuation or loan purpose. my question is if I am not planning to use her anymore (if the buyer's loan reject), can she "do" anything with the documents I provided her?

Also, is it compulsory for us to give our property-soon-to-sold snp to agent? and how long usually mortgage loan takes to approve by bank?

Anyone know about this company? CIS SOLUTIONS IT SDN BHD. I applied for admin exec job there, to be exact, work as PA of the boss. I wonder how's the working environment there? How's the working culture there? First time, I heard that sometimes PA need to travel to other places to help out. (boss' other business, so need an admin to handle two places)

They offered me about RM2k+ and says no OT.

I've tried to google it, nothing much I can find about this company. Anyone kind to share your experience with such company who provide software to direct selling, retails and franchises industries?

I would like to enquire about I/C with cross of " <company's name> " , what if I would like to apply TM/Maxis home fibre online through some agents here, and they require my I/C for it. May I know what should I put for it? I fear they would duplicate my I/C through photo copy machine to abuse it.

Anything I should write in the cross column to ensure it's only for that specific application only?

I am getting a broadband for myself, but I do not know which is the best for me. Any kind soul would like to share your opinion with the current packages that offer by the market?

FYI, sometimes I download and I do play online games. Currently I have this 1mbp/s which cost me RM111.05 every month which i can terminate any time from now. Well, I see alot good offer outside there and I don't know which is the best. (Since I am moving from my current stay, I planning to EITHER relocate my streamyx OR get a broadband)

Regarding banking industry

Hi all,

Currently i in banking industry to sell its insurance and other product as well, but i find it hard for me to stay in an office all the time. I am a person who finds a job that allow me to travel around, i dont mind traveling thats why i chose sales. Unfortunately, my current requires me to stay in branch to serve customer like a teller or even csr. I find so demotivated to work there as i want to sell something and approach people from different place rather than stuck in a place where your supervisor see you all the time. I am a discipline sales person, just that i really feel uncomfortable to work when someone always supervise me.

Other than that, i cant just quit the job as it was introduced by my sister who know someone inside. I know i just worked there for a month only, and people ask me to give it few months but i dont see the point when i dont see any reasons for to work additional two more months or five. And now there is another company who tries to recruit me as their sales exec but salary much lower but higher commission.

Do provide me advise what to do. Really appreciate it.
