I was approached by my insurance agent the other day on one their savings/investment plan.
He told me that he'll help me get my medical report from the hospital first for the initial round of verification - with a signed consent from me.

My questions: (i'm asking here because you know how persevere insurance agent can be, add on if you're the one initiating the contact). Anyway.

1) Which hospital will they go to to get your report or it's from some health organization owned by the government?
2) Will it have my entire life's medical history - from the day when i was born, my clinics visit, hospital A - D check up all compiled and stored in a place. The thought of this sounded creepy to me.

iOS restore from backup

i recently did a restore from backup on my iphone via itunes (USB).
the entire process was quite smooth up until the part where the apps are being restored. i realized that the apps are being re-downloaded instead of being installed via itunes/usb like last time. i have 4 pages of apps (with and without folders) and i'm on 10mbps Unifi connection. i waited for almost 1 hour and only the first page of apps 'restoration' was completed, there are 3 more pages to go!

did a quick check, Apple have disable apps restoration via USB (kind of). this is going to be a pain for users with slow/limited internet that wanted to upgrade/transfer their device.

is there any solution to this?

So a friend of mine got admitted to HKL yesterday, suspected jaundice or some liver problem.

The big ward is extremely stuffy and the air ventilation is so bad. A healthy person will fall sick if placed there for even half a day. Ok I understand the 'it's cheap, it's government and stuff'. Getting an upgrade to an air conditioned room will take some time because the rest of the patients are feeling hot also.

Just wanted to know if there's any other affordable hospital with air conditioner? HUKM? At least the patient can get a proper rest in a slightly more comfortable condition. Any recommendation? Thanks!

Excel Will Not Open When Double Click

It just won't open.

The only way to open is to run a new Excel from my Start > Program then drag and drop...

I've tried unchecking the "Ignore other application" in Option > General tab as from what i found in Google..

Error while connecting MSN Messenger

i got this error message everytime my msn is connecting halfway.

i've checked the event log.. here's what it says
