Streamyx always disconnected

I've been encountered randomly disconnect about 10 times in 2 hours.
Thats about disconnected every 10 minutes, almost everyday got this problem.
This problem has been about 3 weeks.
Restart modem problem still occured.
And one problem is, my flat is not covered by unifi(but mamak stall downstairs my flat got unifi don't know why).
What should I do?

don't know why hitz.fm and astro hitz censor 'menage' from this lyric 'Last Friday night We went streaking in the park Skinny dipping in the dark Then had a menage a trois' in katy perry's 'last friday night', but fly fm and red fm doesn't censor 'menage'.
