            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;I have bought a IDE - SATA converter to connect my brand new Sata hard disc to old motherboard which is using IDE port.&lt;br /&gt;It is working fine and detectable by the BIOS. However, i am not managed to format the sata drive after partition created. All the created partition able to see from the disc management.&lt;br /&gt;I am wondering how to format the new SATA partition in order to be used.&lt;br /&gt;Any idea what goes wrong ?</description>

            <title>CPU usage is not stable</title>

            <description>Hey, i am experiencing a problem which is the CPU usage always get HIGH... (from 4% directly goes to level 30%++ then goes to 100%) It make my windows running unstable and it seems will hang for few seconds. It will goes back to NORMAL level and get HIGH again....... Even though i didn&amp;#39;t running any application. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I tried to re-format my Windows.             <description>Hi, i have installed East Asian Language. But why i just can read Traditional Chinese from my Windows XP sp2. I meant the folder name. However, it doesn&amp;#39;t diplay all the chinese word properly. Some of the words displayed in Non-language standard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another things is i can read Simplifier and traditional Chinese in the &amp;quot;web Browser&amp;quot; but not in Windows folder name.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How can i display all the chinese words properly?&lt;br /&gt;How can i display Simplier chinese instead of traditional chinese in Windows?</description>
