Should I Reduce MLTA Sum Insured Amount?

Hi all, need your advice here.

Bought MLTA few years ago, sum insured is 300k, over the years housing loan outstanding reduced to 150k today, thinking to reduce sum insured equal to my loan outstanding and insurance reverted that premium will reduce by 1/3 (main motive)

Prior the changes, what are the impact if reduction of sum insured take place?

Hi folks,

Does anyone use Bursa Anywhere to manage their Cash Dividend and Dividend Reinvestment Plan for their shares? Is there any charges incurred by Bursa Anywhere or Broker?

Just had my Direct CDS account opened with Maybank via Bursa Anywhere.

This is because currently I m using nominee account, and each cash dividend and DRP will get charged by the Bank.

Can anyone share your experiences?

Dividend Distribution Cost

Hi all

Recently received interim dividend payout, although it sounds good on the announcement, yet the stamp duty and banks charges has lower the net dividend yield, with net distribution of cash received in hand, in turn translated to lower net dividend yield. (I m using Maybank)

Does anyone know which platform has the lowest charges?

I just bought a Tenda AC1200 router, however the setup process doesn't as smooth as I thought.
I have obtained the PPoE User Name and Password from Maxis, but it failed or no connection all the time.

Anyone is using Maxis Fiber with Tenda AC1200 Router, mind to share with me the steps / processes to configure router?
