How to set Belkin Wireless Modem password?

I bought a Belkin N150 Wireless Router with ADSL2+ Modem [F6D4630ak4A] but I don't know how to set router password.

I already set password to abcd1234 but the password still got back "blank" password (default password).

Upscaled 1080p vs Native 1080p

I would like to know if there is any difference between a 720p source upscale to 1080p vs native 1080p.
Assume playing with FHD TV and amp have video upscale capability.
Any lossless for audio and video quality?

I am new here and I am not an IT person but planning to set up a phpwind 7.0 based forum (Chinese language) for collectors to share their collections. Basically they are from SG, HK and China. Photo sharing and chatting script are required. Estimated active members would be 25+- at the moment and hopefully would be growing.

I already read few threads here before posting a question here. I don't know which hosting company and plan that I should subscribe but I already narrow it down to 3 hosting company only.

1. IP SERVER ONE - LINUX WEB HOSTING 100GB Plan for RM199 per year (Forum Hosting [x] )< what is that mean?
2. SERVERFREAK - DELUXE 2GB PLAN for RM180 per year (Free Lifetime Domain) < only 2GB enough? IPSERVER ONE 100GB
3. EXABYTES - EBiz Plus 10GB Plan for $5.65 per month + Free Setup <(No.1 in Malaysia) as stated on its website

What is the pro and cons for above package?

Is there any hidden fee they charge beside the price they stated on their website such as setup fee, transfer fee, support fee and backup fee?

Is that possible to move my previous forum database to my new hosting? Check my signature for my current forum that is looking for a new home.
