Very disappointed at Chili's Citta Mall today. We ordered a medium-rare grilled lamb, and they gave us lamb which is barely cooked. Then I asked them to recooked. Things improved a little but still barely edible. Disappointed, I called the manager. Instead of apologizing, she blamed us for ordering medium-rare lamb. She said it was frozen and it was cooked by timing. The chef couldn't tell if it was cooked or not. WTH! If that is the case anyone can be chef!

For those who are looking for a good dividend stocks. FREIGHT looks good. With the current price of RM0.79, you are getting dividend yield at about 4.3%. RM0.79 is just 3.9% premium over its NAV RM0.76.

I think we can start looking at JOBST or have it under the radar. Average sales and earnings growth rate of more than 20%. ROE over 30%.

Could be a little pricey now as FY09 PE is 22 but is on track to achieve forward PE of 16 for FY10.
